I awoke to a freezing house because the basement blower motor had failed. They responded promptly and expertly performed the necessary furnace repair. My family is once again safe and comfortable, thanks to their help.

The dryer wasn’t working efficiently, so we called cleaning out dryer vent, and the tech removed all the lint!! Clothes dry so much faster

I have been a customer for about 15 years and have been very happy with the quality of the workers that come out. I have a yearly service plan so they come out every few months and check to see if everything is working correctly, as a matter of fact the tech just left and its all working fine before the heat comes

I had DGLAIR bid on a job to replace my AC system that would get me an SCE rebate they were 1/3 cheaper then the next lowest bid. I also had them convert my old furnace room into a closet. I never had any issues with their work 3 years later.

I had a new system installed by this company and have had nothing but problems. It's currently not cooling once again and they will no longer return my phone calls. Nightmare!

I will add photos of this company at my house installing an air conditioner, also the city of orange is claiming that I must get this job inspected by them and that the DGL has not been permitted to do this job

Excellent Work and Excellent Service. Available by phone easily and appointment was also available easily given our Central AC gave out and Gene replaced with new AC and partial HVAC unit . It’s cooling like a champ! He gave easy to understand answers to questions and we were very Impressed with DGL !!

Gene at DGL responded quickly to our request for a quote, explained the different options, and gave us a price competitive proposal. DGL also suggested low interest rate third party financing. Once we signed the contract, he quickly ordered all of the components, and his team showed up on time to start the installation, and finished everything even faster than expected. We've been very happy with the performance of the Daikin heat pump system during both hot weather and cold weather. The internal temperature in our home is much more stable than with our old HVAC system, and the new Daikin system is much quieter than the old system. If you need to update an old inefficient or dead HVAC system, I recommend contacting DGL for a quote.

My HVAC system went out this summer (go figure). I called the folks who installed the unit and got charged through the nose for refrigerant. Later to find out my evaporator coil was leaking. The company I was working with quoted me my bank account, so i decided to go a different direction. After talking to a number of HVAC experts I decided to call DGL. They had someone here the next day to assess the unit, helped me process the warranty claim, and had it fixed later that week. The job took several hours but it got done same day. It also got done for a fair price. They didn’t try to sell me a new unit, they showed up on time, and they fixed the problem. If you live in so cal I cannot recommend them enough. Gene, Wilmer, Jennifer, and Ashley will get you right.

These guys went above and beyond, even fixing problems from previous work. They were patient, thorough, and clean. I highly recommend them.

We had a bunch of companies come out and give us an estimate to replace our crap A/C unit. We decided to go with them their comfort advisor was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. A+ specialty air.

I called to get a Service Call on a Mini Split just routine. Sam started quoting me pricing average cost, then asked what's the location was, "I replied Santa Ana" I was taken back when he said we do not Service Santa Ana.
So if you're in Santa Ana, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

I called Specialty Air because my AC wasn't cooling. Coy one of the techs came the same day, and figured out what the problem was immediately. This is the second time I've used them, and I'll continue using them. Great work 👍👍👍👍 I'm very happy with there work.

Specialty Air gets five gold stars for responding AND repairing my 12 year old plus Trane HVAC system during one of SoCals most severe heat waves in years. I unconditionally recommend them when the President of the company arrived and repaired our system because the entire staff was booked responding to emergencies all over Orange County!
