He took his time with the diagnostic when my ac system went down in the middle of a heat wave, once repaired he also washed down my ac and replaced the filter, he explained everything in great detail to where even my kids understood how important maintenance is!

Excellent fast service! AC out of commission on Saturday. Called John up and expected he can stop by the next business day. Instead, John came up immediately knowing I have two little kids at home. He repaired it the same evening and got it to work. He also did a super tuned up for my furnace and now it is working like a brand new unit. 5 star service for sure!

I had an old R 22 system. Falcon airflow came in and replaced some parts and did a tuneup. My air conditioning has never worked better. Another company tried to sell me a whole new system, but these guys were honest and able to repair it and let me know that I still have some years left on my system. I highly recommend this company

our AC went out in the middle of this heat wave blowing out hot warm air temperatures are 99° here in Anaheim two weeks ago called a few contractors and gave John from falcon airflow call him and I made a connection right away. Sounds like a very decent human being very sincere and polite.. He came the next day opened up the evaporator and replaced capacitors cleaned it all out went up in the attic where my AC unit is replace some parts explained everything really well is about seven years old. he was here about 3 to 4 hours you got the AC working great we have long hair cats and small dogs that live here now my wife and I are very happy. Everything works great. We don't wanna hire anybody else. John and his team of AC techs are great and professional and cleaned up everything really nice. They wore coverings over their shoes and they even have financing if that's what you need. Highly recommended a family and friends.

These guys are incredible! Jon came out to our home for a broken AC. He was prompt and professional and answered all our questions and concerns. We unfortunately had some major issues and needed to replace our HVAC system. We did the entire system and ducting, Jon and his installers were amazing through the whole process! The install looks so clean and we absolutely love our new system, our home feels completely different I can’t believe the difference, I don’t know how we were living the way we were before! 10/10 recommend Falcon Airflow and will continue to use them in the future for continued maintenance. I hired John and his team do do the duct work in our family home. Their team was polite, clean and got the job done faster than we expected.

We were getting really stuffy when we ran the system and John showed us that our ducts were no longer sealed. They were original with the house and filled with dirt. He cleaned out the fan in the system and replaced the ducts and now the air is super clean in the house. It feels like fresh mountain air where previously no one could stand the air when it was on. Great job, would recommend to a friend.

I didn’t know John but took a chance on him because I know I needed service for the upcoming winter season and he did a great job. Very professional and did his job quickly. Did his maintenance and assessment and provided options to help keep my A/C unit safe and in prime condition.

Helped my Dad schedule an appointment as his air conditioning was totally out of commission and blowing Luke-warm air during the last heat wave. This situation could have been much worse. We called a few different companies, but John was able to come out the very next morning and took care of EVERYTHING. Other companies had me lost trying to schedule an appointment, but Falcon was able to take care of my pops. We weren’t upcharged and my dad (as a retired contractor) ended up making a new friend as John figured out it was a minor fix and handled it within 3 hours. I would highly recommend Falcon if you are looking for a local business that will get you going without trying to scam you.

Called Falcon airflow for my dad because he’s not very tech savvy on the Internet call a couple different companies and they didn’t reply right away and I contacted falcon air flow and they replied right away. John came out and went through my entire system, and sat down and explained and even through throughout my system to explain everything and how it works, I was very impressed. He went over repair options and we decided to go with the top option. The Ac is running better than ever and I’m glad we called falcon airflow thank you John. We also signed up for the maintenance plan. He offered us so he will be coming out twice a year to clean and check our system to make sure it’s running properly. 10/10 would recommend.
