Came in on a Saturday to have the AC in my Jeep looked at. Owner took my Jeep in right away and had his tech hook it up to check it out. He explained all the different things it could be as there was no apparent leak.

After talking it over he suggested I get a second opinion from a Jeep dealer since the problem was not appaent. I decided to have him recharge the system so we could have a good baseline to start troubleshooting.

Told me the Jeep would be done in 40 min and on the dot it was done. Charged an honest price for the work.

Shawn has an orchestrated sales pitch. I took my truck somewhere else. Diagnosed and repaired within 6 hrs. Condenser was leaking and two valves changed

Shawn was awesome! He had me stand there with him to show me everything he was doing step by step so that I could see exactly what I was paying for. I was in and out in 45 minutes with my air conditioner working again. I definitely recommend this shop!

Just like everyone says. Shawn will have you stay and watch and explain to you

"ok we will check for .... if it's between _ and _ then it's fine, if it's high it will be your _ and you will need to replace _ and it will cost you _ now let's check"
You can't get more honest than that!!
In my case he fixed my a/c but had to still charge me for other work he did in trying to find the issue. He honestly didn't like having to charge me so he offered to give me a credit towards another repair in the future. Now don't go expecting him to do that for every one as each situation is different, just know he will be fair and honest. Wish all mechanics operated this way!!!!

I've been going to FCE since I could drive 30+ years ago and Shawn has always been honest and reasonably priced with me. I will always go there for my auto repair needs. Shawn is and always has been the most honest repairman that I have ever met.

I called to see if they had time to flush out the AC system on a 2019 Camry Hybrid because she “smells something bad” coming from the vents. All other shops couldn’t do it or they were an arm and a leg to do because it requires special equipment apparently. So I called and Shawn said to bring it in and he will see what’s up. He figured out the problem I’m not time at all and showed me how to do it myself. If you need anything done I highly recommend Shawn and his team! If he can’t do it no one can!

Absolutely Amazing! After reading the reviews and Experiencing first hand the great customer service that everyone is writing about regarding Sean, the owner, I can honestly say this man is an honest as it gets. Very friendly guy that genuinely wants to help you.

I came in there because my A/C wasn’t blowing cold. After coming in, he inspected it and said let’s try refilling the Freon since it was low. After refilling, we found there was not any leaks and he noticed that my A/C cooling fan was not working. I am student of Law so fixing it would’ve been a good amount of money that I rather not have to spend. Instead of him insisting of fixing it for me and charging what he normally does, which was fair and reasonable, he recommended doing it myself. His exact words,” if you were my son, I would tell you to save the money and fix it yourself”, and WOW I was amazed.

Usually, a business is a business, some owners would encourage you to take their services to get paid. Sean was not like that, he even said look it’s not that hard, and showed me what I needed to do by watching YouTube videos.
Now, don’t get me wrong, it took a couple of hours doing it myself LOL but I finally got it to work because of Sean expertise and honesty. I cannot thank him enough!! Thank you Sean! I truly appreciate you!
