Before they ever even came to look at problem they acted like they were going to charge me for damaged equipment. I just don’t get it.

Very bad experience by a very unprofessional employee I would never choose this company! P.s after leaving this review I was harassed by phone to remove it.. what he doesn't know is I recorded to convo and would love to play it for any one that cares to hear it

Dishonest Company would never use again. Gave a wrong diagnosis, had another reputable company come in and told us the truth. BEWARE.

Very happy with prompt service. Will cleaned up after himself after cleaning out the drain. Will was polite and friendly. I will call the company again for service.

Tech replaced float valve for a clogged toilet. Drain opening needed as detailed by customer to technician. Toilet flush with quantity of paper failed! Tech said it was his fault for overload - it would be ok. Failed Friday evening, overflowing a mess with guests over. Before it never overflowed.
Charged $98 for estimate on kitchen sink replacement - not credited to other work as I had expected. Was told the sink and custom faucet would not work. They do. Needed mount plate from KWC - coming. Kohler also makes a mounting plate.
Online contact form - told " we never check that". I called them after days of non response.

Jeff was the technician that replaced my water heater. He was prompt, meticulous, clean and professional. I would use Superior Plumbing again and would also recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Much thanks to George for his patience and explanations. Our Tech was Will who when I need a plumber again I will request Will. He also took time to explain to us and answer all our questions. George and his staff did exactly what they promised. I absolutely recommend their services. I have a rental property in Anaheim and they coordinated with my tenant and got the job done. They have very fair prices and I absolutely trust them. Thanks guys!

We had a water line slab leak in a 46 yr old house. Jamie at Superior was able to find leak and epoxy copperline under concrete slab without tearing up everything. The process of sealing the large hole in pipe took several expoxy applications over a 5 day period. Superior was able to maintain access to water for house while break was being repaired. They were here every morning first thing to test air pressure and determine if hole was fully patched. Once full pressure was reached, no leakage, Jamie had site completely cleaned up like they were never here. I would highly recommend Superior, everyone was very attentive and professional!

I will definitely use them again, Jeff and Jamie were VERY professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I had a major pipe leak in wall , they found it quickly and fixed it fast . Great work and communication

I am impressed by Superior Plumbing Services' responsiveness, professionalism, competence, efficiency, friendliness and communication skills. Within minutes after my call to the referral service "End Result" I received a call from Superior Plumbing. They immediately re-routed an available nearby technician, Jamie, who immediately engaged to diagnose the problem and fix with the old, leaky sprinkler shut off gate-valve. Jamie's hard work and experience identify the right approach to replace the old valve with a new ball-valve. I also asked him to check the house water pressure - it was high. I decided to ask for replacement of the house water pressure regulator, the house water turn off valve that had rusted, and a new hose bib. Jamie stayed on-site until the job was successfully completed and clearly communicated to me each element of his excellent work. I strongly recommend Superior Plumbing Services for your residential plumbing needs!

A late thank you. We had some blockage and Superior was recommended to us. Will came out and did a fantastic job of trouble shooting the issue and figured out what was wrong. I just called Superior Plumbing based on my google search for a plumber in Orange CA and their customer service is unbearably rude. All I was asked is where did you hear about us & when I stated through a google search He states "oh that just cost me $80 bucks" what the hell does that have to do with me how much he pays for advertising, I just wanted a bid. Don't worry Superior already moved passed your number & will be giving my plumbing needs to someone with better customer service.

Jaime arrived within an hour of my request to unclog a washing machine drain pipe clog. He was professional and very courteous and fixed the drain in 15 minutes. I will definitely use Superior Plumbing again!

OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED, OVERPRICED!

I called this company to consult about drain leak detection and I needed diagnosis. I had noticed that there's an appliance leakage but wanted to make sure that's not from the drain or slab leak. Jaime came to our house and after I showed the videos I took from the appliance he confirmed that the leak is from the appliance. Then he told us that another part of the appliance drain is leaking and he told us it cost $223 to fix that. I thought it's a quiet job to fix it, but he fixed it in less than five minutes!! Then I did the biggest mistake and asked him to replace two hose bibs and two laundry hose faucet. His price for all the above was 575 in total, however, when replacing the front yard bib a minor leak on the pressure valve became out of control and he said we should replace the entire valve, the cost for that is $625 he said. I asked him about the part, pressure valve, cost and he said it's about $200, but I checked afterward in Home Depot and it's around $100. At that time I had no option because without fixing that I didn't have water. Anyway, he fixed that and all of these jobs in total took about 2 hours. The next day another plumber came to my house to consult about changing the water heater and I asked him about those projects done yesterday by Jaime. I couldn't believe how Jaime overcharged me for those jobs. The other plumber gave me the service fee that was less than half of what Jaime charged me. I will never reach out to this company anymore. From my experience the tech was professional but they are way too OVERPRICED.

Excellent service. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday afternoon. The shower would not turn off. Every plumber I called before them was either closed or couldn't make it out until the evening. George was very helpful over the phone. He came over right away. He not only fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, but explained to my husband exactly what happened and how. Superior's price was very reasonable as well. I would recommend Superior Plumbing if you need fast and efficient service.
