I had a plumbing issue on a Friday night and Roto-Rooter sent Aaron to fix it. I was very happy with the service. Aaron was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude despite it being late on a Friday. He fixed the issue promptly and effectively. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter, especially if you're lucky enough to have Aaron on the job!

Late house call, our water heater appeared to be leaking and the dispatcher told us it would be in or around 2 hours- Aaron and Tanner were here in under 40 minutes! They were extremely professional, moved appliances to get to the water heater and source the leak. They traced it into the house, where they were able to show that the HVAC condensate line was the source of the leak, not our water heater. They didn't attempt to repair it, even though they could have tried to and charged us. They provided ample advice, answered questions politely and were able to explain the issue with photos they took.

They charged a reasonable callout fee and invoiced us with a writeup of their advice and follow-up. No speculative diagnosing, charges for unneeded services or anything like that.

Very pleased with the service provided by our tech Colton. We needed someone asap on a Friday night and he delivered! He explained the process and answered all of our questions. Very professional!

Had a small pin hole in a pipe on my furnace. Aaron and his partner Angel arrive at the proper time, assessed and repaired the situation same day. After explaining what was needed to get the job done, we came to an agreement on the estimate and the work began. The process took no longer than an hour n a half and thankfully I didn't need to have the whole water shutoff due to me living in a condo.

Victor worked diligently to clear my shower drain. He was very polite and respectful. He spent at least 90 minutes on the job just making sure that the job was done correctly. He was also very careful and l trusted his work.

Colton was a chill dude who immediately got to work diagnosing my plumbing issues. He managed to fix an emergency leak right away, and was able to come back the next day to fix a secondary problem that required a special part. Nice guy and good work.
