I can’t say enough good things about the Roto-Rooter plumbing and water restoration team. When my bathroom flooded and water spread into the garage, they responded quickly and professionally during a very stressful situation. From the moment they arrived, they were calm, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough.

They clearly explained the issue, fixed the plumbing problem efficiently, and immediately began the water restoration process to prevent further damage. Their attention to detail, use of professional equipment, and commitment to doing the job right truly stood out. They treated my home with care and left everything clean and orderly.

Jon and the Done-Rite team were great. Even though they could not help us with our issues they explained everything well and that has given us direction as to where to go next. I had a mainline sewer blockage that needed urgent attention, and Done-Right Plumbing came through with flying colors. From start to finish, their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work were outstanding.

Done-Rite is a life savior. I called them, and Tiffany was incredibly helpful to my urgent leak situation. He dispatched Danny out, who got there so quick, assessed the situation, gave me an honest explanation, and fixed the problem. I could not be happier as I've finally found a honest plumber who didn't try to oversell me on a bunch of things. Absolutely highly recommended.

I called your company because when I went on ChatGPT, you were listed as a company that knew what to do about recirculation pumps. Christian tried, but I need someone out here who really knows what to do. I talked to Al Grounfos. He thinks there is air in the system. Do you know of an expert in this field?

The technician effectively communicated the issues they could encounter as well as how they would potentially solve them. The job was completed satisfactorily within the cost quoted and on time.

We discovered a 2" drain pipe was leaking when we installed our new washing machine. The pipe fittings had split and it was in a difficult spot to fix. I called Done-Rite plumbing and they gave me an appointment next day. Luke arrived at 9 am and inspected the issue and explained to us how he was going to fix it, and gave us a quote which I thought was very reasonable. We also wanted our drain near the washing machine inspected and snaked, which Luke also did. Within 3 hours Luke had fixed the cracked pipe with new fittings and cleaned out a few blockages in our drain. Our drains needed it since the house was built in the 1950's. He provided pictures of everything and was clean about his work, very courteous and professional. Thank you Luke, we will definitely hire you guys again in the future.

We had our sewer line relined. Our sewer pipes were full of roots and broken all along the line. The Done Rite team came out the same day we called, diagnosed the situation and had it completed by the following week. This was a big job and not inexpensive, but we felt like the communication and professionalism all along the way was excellent. The team was on time, completed what they said they were going to complete and left everything safe and neat during the job. Very impressive and I would highly recommend Done Rite for any plumbing job but they are definately experts in sewer lines.

I left an off hours message on the phone and the office staff did an efficient job coordinating our last minute, end of the day blocked shower drain with an early morning team. Mario and John did a very professional job getting our main line drain from the kitchen cleaned of years of grime. Mario knew exactly how to trouble shoot it and ultimately what to do. He answered all my questions and had me watch the video of our now clean lines to the street. I definitely would use them again in the future.

Our tub backed up and we couldn’t clear it on our own so we had to call in the pros. My cousin referred us to Done-Rite. Jon was here within 30 mins (on a Saturday at 4:00!!!)
He was patient and explained everything he was doing. Very respectful and even taught my son how to snake a drain! Within 2 hours I had a clean drain and was ready to enjoy our Saturday night. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!

Logan is very skilled and professional. He replaced the leaky piping for my refrigerator, worked carefully and my refrigerator, cabinets and floor were not gouged or marred. He wrote out and explained what he needed to do and what it would cost. I was very impressed by Logan and will ask for him if I ever (!) have plumbing issues again!

Logan was great ! He was able to diagnose the issue and was able to unclog the shower drain and replace a tub drain shoe .Great plumbing knowledge and even recommended on how to prevent or minimize future clogs. Deserving of 5 stars !!

Mario was great ! He did a wonderful job and was great at answering additional questions we had. Highly recommend! Mario fixed a stopped up toilet and installed four bathroom faucets and replaced a shut off valve.

Wonderful experience working with Done-Rite Plumbing to get a water pressure reducing valve replaced for our home. I spoke with Tiffany over the phone who was so helpful and friendly. She help set up the initial appointment and had me send in pictures of what I needed to get done including the water PRV that I already purchased at Home Depot. She called me back within 10 minutes and gave me a reasonable quote AND set-up an appointment for installation that same day! Amazingly fast turn-around time. Danny Vellanoweth was the plumber that was dispatched to do the installation and I cannot say enough about how great of a job he did. Danny took time to explain everything he was going to do and answered all of my many questions. His 20 years of experience definitely shined through. He was friendly, professional and very straightforward. We also discussed descaling my water softener and other various projects that I potentially needed to get done for the future. Never once did I feel pressured to commit to anything. I highly recommend Done-Rite plumbing and will use their services again.
