David and Kevin answered my urgent call with so just as much urgency and professionalism. I had a clogged kitchen sink and after a short hour, both Kevin and David would periodically inform me of updates. Mind you, this emergency happened at 10:00 pm on a Friday. So, to be as detail oriented and kind as they were this late in the day speaks volume of their character and work ethic! I can not stress this enough, David and Kevin were absolutely amazing!!!

James was beyond thorough and had amazing customer service. I have an unknown leak in my driveway and he went above and beyond to try and find the source. I would highly recommend James to any friends or family from this experience! I also appreciated that he educated me on some plumbing terms and how the issue could have started and be resolved. Very happy with the service!

Our water heater had an emergency leak late at night at 2am, on Thanksgiving day no less. It was so bad that the water was overflowing and dripping through the cracks to the lower floor, filling up trays.

I called two other companies previously with no luck.
Fortunately, Orange Coast Plumbing had answered and was able to send someone right away.

Jeff was on call and was able to come quickly. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and had given excellent service.
He assessed the situation, explained what was happening, and walked us through each step he was taking to fix it. He was able to resolve the situation in an hour.

David came to our house to fix a water heater issue. His customer service is superb and always goes the extra mile to explain the issue and what he is going to do. He fixed our water heater pilot. Will definitely be using him again if we have any plumbing issues.

Isaac and Nolan came out and fixed our dishwasher drain and made sure everything was up and running in no time. From start to finish they were professional and informed me of everything they were doing so there were no surprises at the end.

Henry did a great job! He was knowledgable, and quick. He was also observant: he discovered a problem with our water pressure regulator. We will have him back to fix that.

Had a clogged tub after business hours, needed it fixed urgently. I called & reached the answering service that assured me someone could come look at it that evening. Within 10 minutes I got a call from Josh, he said he could come out after a job he was about to visit. He & another plumber, Daniel, arrived timely. Together they were able to troubleshoot & unclog the drain quickly. We were impressed by their professionalism, thoroughness, & that they followed through by showing up. We will definitely be using Orange Coast Plumbing in the future.

Used this company for my mom’s house. I was so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism from the moment I called to request an estimate for a leak in mom’s laundry room. Plumbers name was David, He was so knowledgeable with what had to be done. He educated and explained the whole process from beginning to end. He fixed her laundry room and price was just right. I will definitely use this company again. 10/10 work 👍

Kevin and David did an amazing job. Super personable and professional. They were able to explain in layman’s terms what was going on and identified other potential problems and how they would tackle said problems. I liked that they called before to let us know when they were on their way and appreciate that they send a picture of who is arriving, a great safety measure especially since this was a late call. I highly recommend these two!

I had a new hvac system installed y OCC Plumbing. A year later it was making a screeching noise when it kicked on. Colton came out and fixed it promptly with replacement parts. He was very professional and friendly. I have used OCC Plumbing for over 15 years. They’re the best!
