The electrian broke the plaster around a courtesy plug when adding an additional one for the new water tank ….an easy fix that would take a thimble full of plaster
I called the next day when I noticed so as to have it repaired and was informed that Do it Right Plumbers wouldn’t be doing that and I could either pay them to send a vendor to fix it or just live with the problem
I just paid them $7000 on a job and they won’t back up their work

Do It Right, did it wrong. I wanted them to do 4 things: new water softener, pressure regulator, undersink drinking water system, and drain cleanout.
They were supposed to arrive at 8am. One crew arrived at 9am and the drain crew never showed (we were later told they came at like 2pm and said to one of their other employees they couldn't do the work that day and would need to reschedule...this wasn't told to us until we decided to cancel the drain service after having our water shut off for over 6 hours).
As far as the other 3 tasks, something went wrong with each of them. The undersink water system leaked, the pressure regulator was put in the wrong spot and cut the pressure to my outdoor sprinklers so they didn't work, AND the water softener sent salty water to my house because they left kinks and an excessively long drain hose.
Called multiple times, but was ghosted by them.

Since I can't reply to Edan's post, I am editing this one... I called as requested within an hour of Edan's reply. I got an AI bot that couldn't connect me to a human and asked me to leave a message. Hours later I got a call with a message that they got my message, would have Edan call me, and to call if I have questions. Over 48 hours later, still no return call from Edan. Just a handful of spam texts telling me I have a limited time to reserve a spot for plumbing work at a discount. Called again to complain about the unapproved unsolicited spam texts only leave a message with an AI bot that couldn't help me.

This company is disorganized and makes customers jump through hoops to get the service they deserve.

William did a fast and efficient job for us right before the holidays for our guest bathroom. We were quite grateful for the excellent work!

Highly recommend requesting Ryan P. He was amazing! So quick, kind, and got the job done. Very knowledgeable on the subject and extremely personable.

Joe did a great job and worked quickly. He explained everything he did beforehand. Why it cost $460 for one hour work with owner supplied parts is beyond me.

Paul did a great job. I have repaired toilets in the past but getting too old to tackle them any more. When he finished the job it was as clean as when he arrived. Thanks Paul

DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES. My elderly parents (in their 80's) drain was clogged. They were given a reasonable estimate, but we're told they needed a clean out above the toilet (never heard of this) cleared some roots and told them it was $4,600 which they paid them because they just wanted it to work. They were there for 4 and half hours only and still didn't finish the job,the drain was still clogged. Then they wanted another $4,000 to clear the drain.Taking advantage of elderly is elder abuse. Finally had a reputable rooter company come clear the drain for $600 (actually was $400 but gave them a $200 tip). Filed a complaint with the Contractors State License Board and will make this my mission in life to see that they refund they're money or make their life miserable for the rest of their lives. What this company does to people's lives who is a crime. If you value your money and time then PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

These guys were great, Milton, Jesus and the rest of the team. Found three cracks in a large pipe and they came out and fixed all within a holiday week. Great quality work and people, very respectful of my home and we are so appreciative when the job is done right! 😊

Steve & Christian solved my water heater sensor malfunction! They showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable! Happy to have hot water again.

I am so thrilled with the service we received from Do it Right Plumbers. Derek did an outstanding job and has fabulous customer service skills. He explained everything in detail about getting our new kitchen faucet. We asked if we could buy the actual faucet through them and he said yes and showed us a lot of options. It also came with a lifetime warranty. You can’t beat that! The installation looks beautiful. Thank you for outstanding customer service. We will definitely recommend Do it Right Plumbers to our friends.

I hired them to clear a slow draining kitchen sink the technician came out and talked my wife into doing a Hydro cleaning throughout the house the next day we use the washer in the garage and the water backed up and overflowed out of our secondary bathroom shower causing damage to all of our laminate flooring throughout the house. They contacted their insurance company that denied the claim stating we had an existing issue. If the Hydro cleaning would have been done correctly there would not have been an issue and they walked away from the project and charge me $1,800 to do the Hydro cleaning and the next day they fired the technician that did the work. I lost about $8,000 worth of laminate flooring throughout my hallway, bathroom, front entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Video camera showed some roots in the line and that is what they based their decision, but if Hydro cleaning would have been done correctly the roots would have also been cleared out along with all the debris that clogged the drain.

Today Paul came our home for a discounted water heater flush and he was so thorough and professional that when he recommended that we also replace the cold water ball valve I agreed. Another technician will come tomorrow for that. They will be our go to plumbers in the future because of technician Paul. Sincerely, Jim

I would highly recommend do it right plumbing, my technician, that came out to the house named paul was very helpful.And extremely courteous. Paul even took the time to walk me through. The replacement of my water valve for the toilet. I definitely would recommend and use this company again with the technician.Paul !!!

Do not use this company. They do not uphold their terms. Everything started great from estimate. Once they took payment they failed to complete the job because it was night. And were re scheduled to come today but failed to show up. I reached out to them multiple times only then to make an excuse that the worker got stuck on another job. But failed to reschedule for tomorrow Saturday and not Monday they want to reschedule for Wednesday. And they left our family without drinking water because they had to turn off the water. Instead of making a priority to resolve issue they want to request Wednesday and think its acceptable to leave family without drinking water for a week. Unacceptable. Use another company. I requested refund and will report back if they do not give full refund as they promise to do so.

Technicians. Gerson and Chris did an outstanding job ! They were very professional. They both have amazing plumbing, installation and troubleshooting skills. Our new tankless water heater works great ! I gave them both a nice tip for their hard work.

Absolute professionals. We had an emergency situation that needed immediate attention. The office and technicians who came out were top notch. Extremely pleased with thier service.

Liars. Disreputable. Tried to make a big problem of a very slow tiny leak at angle stop requiring a turn of a wrench that took 5 minutes when done by a reputable company. Do it Right is In cahoots with a restoration company. Check out similar complaints about them on Angie.
Do it Right came to house pleaded with me to call that restoration company. Matthew and his supervisor Nicole promised to come fix the leak that night or next morning. Did not show. I confirmed appointment twice that night thru their AI answering assistant and again the next morning with their actual scheduler. As a result. I had my flooring man start on new sub floors at midday. Slow drip of water continued on new sub floor because Do It Right Plumbers did not show up at all. They completely miss diagnosed the problem, and then did not show up to fix it. By late afternoon I was able to get Juan Guzman of Drain Right Services to come out. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes. It took a turn or 2 on a wrench.
Do not ever use Do It Right Plumbers of Orange CA. They r shady and unreliable.

Joe O was fantastic! Easy to schedule a same day appointment with customer service. Joe showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and fixed our pilot light issue quickly. He also gave us helpful information about our water heater for future reference. Would highly recommend!

As far as pricing goes…🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 get your comparative quotes, people. GET YOUR COMPARATIVE QUOTES!! Do your homework, do not drop the ball on this. I paid too damn much for four p-traps and a simple faucet install and that’s all on me, I didn’t get my quotes! Learn from my mistake, especially in the current economy we are stuck in.
