Matt and Nicole came over to my house and solved an issue that I have got too many incorrect answers to. They worked fast and diagnosed the issue instantly and explained it to me very well.

DO NOT DO IT! Do not use this company. I cannot tell you how horrible the customer service is. They gave me the complete run around after their installer took 10 hours to install a tankless water heater. He hung it to the house by a piece of wood and the gas line sticking out. No one would reply to me the entire day left messages the sales guy Eddy was a joke. A new guy came out to do the re-install it did a better job still no hot water. We were misled and lied to by both Eddy and the installer. The problem was the gas flow but they assured my husband it would work with the existing gas line multiple times. They didnt want to do the extra work. Eddy lied and said his manager said if I took down the bad review they would discount me 500 wow extortion. After days of getting Luke warm water i called another plumber. I contacted Do It Right several times for a refund and have them make it right and again no one was available. Eddy suggested a quick fix which the new plumber stated wound not have fixed anything and Do It Right wanted to charge me another 350. Not to mention Kira the receptionist sent me an email stating because i had hot water in one faucet the water heater worked! I didn't have hot water anywhere else! Are you kidding! That's an installation problem! In her email she mentioned to be respectful and professional in speaking with them. I called numerous times more frustrated than the last time understandably so. They should take their own advice and learn the meaning of professionalism. When someone finally returned my call a guy named Jerry he stated they would not refund me anything. I asked for a reason my refund was being denied to be sent in writing he said he would pass the message along (again!) and if it was legally required of them to give it to me they would. They offered to come out again and i would be insane to have them come out and charge me more money to fix something they didn't install properly in the first place! Next steps are to contact the contractors licensing board. Do not use this company. Now Edan who is the owner replied to this review after I was told I could not have his contact information. He could have reached out to me directly after all of my calls and emails but he didn't. They did not try anything to make things better or even try to offer refunding any money, I paid for a job to be done and it wasn't. Also they are NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau i know because I reported them there. They have people within the company leave 5 star reviews with little to no comments to override their poor reviews!

OUT OF-THIS-WORLD PRICING!!

I called this company for a visit and estimate. A lovely lady, Kira, took the call and a very lovely gentleman, Peter, showed up the same afternoon. The job was rerouting one pipe. I was given an estimate of $15,295.00 (yes, fifteen thousand two hundred ninety-five dollars). I expressed that that was ten times what I was expecting. Fast forward a few days, the plumbing was done by a licensed plumber from a different company for $1,800 with help from someone and his crew for excavation and restoration of the landscape for a charge of $1,100. In all, it cost me $2,900.

Also, in the process of excavation, a sprinkler line was damaged, and the excavation crew happily repaired it at their own expense. This is a far cry from the disclaimer in my proposal from Do It Right Plumbers that reads:

***We will take all necessary precautions to avoid damaging any existing property, including but not limited to buildings, fixtures, and landscaping. However, Do It Right shall not be responsible for any damages caused to existing property during the course of the work.***

Let me not be misunderstood. I have nothing against this company, and I don’t wish them ill. My singular objective is to encourage you, the reader, to get at least one or preferably two proposals in addition to a proposal from this company so that you make an informed decision before you commit. What they did in my case was not ethical. Luckily, I knew better.

Extremely positive experience all-around. Calling and booking a consultation was quick and easy. They were able to come out same-day, and even sped things up because we had standing water in our tub.

The technician, Christian, we extremely helpful and courteous. We have a dog and he let her sniff him before coming in.

Christian took a look at the issue and knew what to do immediately. He communicated the cost before-hand and let us confirm what we wanted to do.

Christian fixed the issue extremely quickly. Our tub drain is working perfectly now. He was cognizant of the fact that we have a newborn and worked very quietly.

Extremely happy with the service all around. Highly recommend.

I contacted Do It Right Plumbers to fix some bathroom plumbing issues. I was able to get a plumber for that day or the next. They sent out a plumber by the name of Dmitri W. He did an excellent job. He was kind, courteous and professional. I could tell that he absolutely knew what needed to be done and what it would take to do it. The work took several hours, but he was able to complete all of the work in one visit. I am extremely happy with the results and would recommend Dmitri without question. Of course plumbing work is always expensive, but they hire the right people to do the job and in the long that saves money too. Thank you Do It Right Plumbers and Dmitri W.

I had a leak in my office’s utility closet. Plumber/technician Michael S. misdiagnosed the issue. After paying $3200 for repairs on other things that weren’t really needed, I still had the same leak.

Revised review:
- I paid them $3200 to fix a leak.
- They replaced a bunch of pipes & valves, but they still weren't able to fix the leak.
- They told me that I needed to find a dental-specific repair person to assess my vacuum pump & fix the leak. (I did & it only cost me $160.)
- I left them a well-earned 1-star Google review.
- Their initial reply to that review acknowledged that they misdiagnosed the problem, apologized for not providing the best service possible, and asked me to contact them. (I did contact them, demanding a refund.)
- Not only did they refuse to give me a refund, in an attempt to cover their tracks, they completely made up a story about them informing me of a "larger issue down the line" that they offered to assist with, but that I chose to not have them fix it.
- When you compare their two different replies to my Google review side-by-side, you can see how they changed their story in an attempt to avoid accountability.
- The CSLB found that they were responsible for one or more possible violations of the CA Business and Professions Code.
- Avoid doing business with a company that lacks integrity, operates so deceitfully, and refuses to take ownership of their mistakes.

Had kitchen faucet and valves replaced. Also had tankless water heater flushed. Great job by Joe. Highly recommend their services.

Your Plumber, Steve C. is an incredibly enthusiastic employee that emulates positively beyond expectations. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our shower and fixed it in less that 5 minutes. The problem was a loose screw on the shower handle that caused the handle to fall off. He screwed it back on with a few turns. WALA! He fixed it without any invasive plumbing! I paid the “service fee” and he was on his way to his next appointment! As silly as it may sound that was the absolute highlight of my day. My wife emphasized I could stop stressing over the shower. Please thank him again for us!

Christine, the dispatcher, and Milton, the technician, were both very personable and very professional. Milton very efficiently descaled our tankless water heater and installed a new mixer valve with no fuss and no muss.

Piotr ("peter") is an excellent plumber, and more than that, he is a wonderful man of integrity, warmth & personality. He helped us sort through a couple tricky issues.

Taylor did a professional job installing a new water heater for us. Left the area she worked at very clean. We’d recommend her highly.

The two men who installed my water heater did an excellent job. I definately recommend this company for both service and quality of wirkmanship.

I called because I had replaced my bathroom sink hardware but could not stop the drain pipe trap from leaking. The agent was so easy to talk to about my problem, from my cell number she knew my name and address , scheduled a appointment the next day that was convenient for me, told me I would get a text to confirm appointment and the time when the repairman would be on his way along with his name and picture. I had a arrival window of 10 am to 2 pm but I was called and told he could arrive earlier if that was OK with me. Ryan arrived on time , put on shoe covers , checked out the situation , gave me a couple of options , it was agreed to replace the drain hardware with plastic witch had a larger drain capacity along with the charge and warranty. He left and was back in half an hour with the parts and completed the work that was located in a very tight space under the sink. His manner and personality was appreciated. If I ever have another plumbing problem again l know who to call.

I love this company! Their AI phone system is spectacular, and they follow up immediately with a real person. Their notification system is great, and they show up when they say they're going to show up. They take care of the problem and are friendly and professional while working. They explain what's going on, offer solutions, and then follow through quickly and efficiently. I do not have enough good things to say about this company!

Have used this company in the past. Called for a water leak outside my home. Technician dug the area before we signed anything or gave us a price. After doing this, he gave us 2 options. $1500 for this repair or he suggested changing out the whole supply line for en eye watering $6000.00. Checked with some Knowledgable plumbers who agreed this was over the top. After we said we did not want him to do the repair, he wanted to charge us $1200.00 for his ONE HOUR to diagnose which I refused to pay and said please have a manager call. I am willing to pay a reasonable $125-$200 per hour for a skilled tradesman. Last time they came out, they tried to get us to replace an entire mainline for a small root problem. We declined and had them jet the line which took care of the issue. They tried to scare us with their camera that goes down the mainline. It was slightly off-set but draining fine. These plumbers are on commission and looking out for themselves. Look elsewhere. I will not do business with this company again. Had I not interjected they would have taken complete advantage of my wife who is not as knowledgeable. Companies like this give many tradesmen a bad name when there are honest professionals out there. How it was left, we have no water, the repair was not done and the plumber left. We have another more honest technician coming tomorrow to fix for less than half of what they wanted to charge. I spoke with Christina who said she is the project manager. Her story changed a couple of times regarding the technician coming to the house. Upon refusing to pay as we did not sign any work orders or estimates, she wanted to send a more experienced technician”senior technician” to look at the issue. Keep in mind, we now have no water to the house. We declined as they should be sending qualified techs to every call. Our technician Beau while being a “nice guy” called his office twice while at our home. It was like the used car salesman going back and forth with his manager on how much to get out of these fools. By the way, the photo shown is work they performed a couple of years ago. I guess they feel there are enough uninformed people out there that they can continue their business practices. We were part of their “club” which has given us zero value. Buyer beware!!!
