We were in a bad situation with Christmas around the corner and a water heater leaking water. Thank you so much for sending Darryl. He got here around 8:00 to assess our problem and had our new water heater installed and making hot water by 11. Great job by your team over there at Baird and Crockett !

The technician was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed me everything he was going to be doing to interact the air conditioning maintenance that I had asked for. He showed me pictures of the work that he had done and I watched as he inspected and cleaned my air conditioning system. I am very happy with this. And this company

Tom showed me several places where my unit had excessive wear... And probably has reached its end of life. I know we've had it here about 30 years. We just started having trouble with it. His top concern was safety for myself and my property. He showed me where low quality repairs were made over the years and how that may compromise the unit operating properly.

Water heater maintenance was quick and easy. Even better, on commenting on some duct work needed they were able to quote and arrange an appt. Immediately.

Well, I didn’t get my problem fixed, but I appreciated the free estimate and honest assessment. Since I am due to receive a new dishwasher in the next couple of weeks, it wasn’t worth spending extra money for only a temporary fix. Thank you Biard and Crockett. I appreciate your service and quick response to my request.

Steven is a GREAT plumber and I will definitely ask for him again. He personally did the on-site estimate and explained all the knowns and unknowns. Our issue was a leaking cast iron drain pipe from an upstairs shower down into a closet on the first floor. Once the job was started, he took me through all the items that needed to be fixed and explained why. He completed everything on time and left the area clean and ready for the drywall team.

I highly recommend Baird and specifically Steven.

Workers were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and even did a little extra. I feel like I got a great price. I would definitely use them again.

Very patient, very informative. Respectful and polite. Good pricing on the estimate. They will email me the type written estimate and camera footage. Trevor and Luis were here today to start the work. Very pleasant and easy to work with. They are also thorough and kept me updated with the status of the work they are doing.
Trevor and Roberto finished today. They did an excellent job and took the time to cleanup also.

Max was our service man and he gave us the best informative and friendly service of anyone who has ever come to our home for repairs. The company went beyond my expectations and arrived on time, made an effort to schedule in a timely manner and completed the work efficiently. Trevor was personable and answered all our questions. He installed a water heater and fixed our hot water recirculation. Hard worker. He also worked with us to assure a micro leak we had found on our Moen Flo previously was resolved by his installation and repair. We could not be happier. Biard and Crockett has been our first choice plumber for over 25 years.

Excellent service from a great company! Trevor was very professional and did a great job repairing a cracked PVC section of water pipe that was leaking. He replaced it with a copper pipe assembly that looks way better and should last. Kudos to Trevor! Very happy I called them!

Jimmy did an excellent and thorough job of stopping a groaning sound in our heater. He explained all the steps and process he was completing to make the groaning sound disappear. There was no charge for his time and services because we had this new heater less than a year.

Their original install of my custom Bradford White lasted 11 years before it started leaking and they just replaced it with a tankless Noritz EZ111DV, install looks professional and looking forward to seeing how this unit runs.

Had a furnace maintenance check and also had a plumber to reattach sliding shower door clip. Checked toilet for leaking water and will give estimate for replacement. Have used Biard and Crockett for a long time. Always experienced and knowledgeable.

Our hot water heater broke down and needed a replacement right away. B&C responded in a timely manner and we got our hot water within 24 hours from the time the old one broke down.
The technician, Tony Wang was professional., knowledgeable, and courteous. The manager, Luis was also very nice. He honored the price match promise without hesitation.
All in all, it was a great experience. We will certainly refer any friend of ours to B&C
