Vince & Bryan were the best plumbers I’ve come across and were extremely professional and caring! They respected our home, wore foot covers, QA’d all the work they did and thoroughly explained the plumbing work they were going to do. Vince specifically is extremely knowledgeable and provided the best recommendations for our piping situation. They both provided a white glove service and I would absolutely book them through Moffet again.

Excellent & professional service from the office taking my information and from Bryan who was able to come sooner than expected. Bryan explained all my options & pricing regarding installation of a new water heater. Job was done on the same day. I highly recommend!

Vince and apprentice Eric did an excellent job. They installed a new faucet, new garbage disposal, and a new dishwasher into my new remodeled kitchen. They inspected the site and examined all the parts to make sure that they had all the proper components to install them. For some unknown reason, the dishwasher was not electrically wired properly so they had to read the installation instructions and review the schematic to make it function properly.
They tested everything and everything worked fine but they did run into one little problem with the garbage disposal but to no fault of their own. The electrical plug was too big to fit into the same electrical outlet as the dishwasher so they installed a grounded triple tap adapter so that it could fit into the same electrical outlet. It was a simple but effective idea.
This is my third time using Moffett Plumbing & Air and it won't be the last time either. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I would highly recommend them and Moffett Plumbing & Air.

This company provided excellent service from my first call to them on a Saturday regarding a water emergency to completion. It was an extensive job but the technician, Tommy Firestone, and his assistants, one of which was Marcelo, were very knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to solving my plumbing issues. They even worked a very long day outside in the pouring rain digging extensively to repair broken pipes as quickly as possible. My impression is that this is a very thoughtfully run company.

What is not to say about Moffett. Very informative, helpful and gave different options. Vince was excellent and provided detailed insight to the process and the situation. Would like to also recognize Jo Moffett who came to oversee, Christian, Miguel and his partner whom I’m sorry I forgot his name and Edwin. Re-piping, jetting, chaining, fixing our drain hole. Thank you Miguel for your hard work in digging and taking great care in chaining our drain. I know was a dirty and meticulous job. Trusted you the minute you assured me you would take care of it and you knew what you were doing.
Would like to give a recommendation for Vince he is very professional and honest. His many years of experience and his very happy attitude always with a smile. A valued employee and hard worker!! Will definitely have them come back to get more done. My heartfelt gratitude to all that have helped us and hope to see you all again.

Vince was our plumber and was very professional and courteous. He took time to explain the process into for me to make a good decision. I appreciate he spent six hours when I called for my main sewage line that was backed up. I highly recommend Moffett plumbing.

I had a great experience with Tristan. He was very thorough, patiently explained everything to me, and did a fantastic job snaking our kitchen sink drain and replacing our garbage disposal. I am very happy with his work. I have used this company before and always get great service and honest people.

Good communication from appt to arrival. Small window of arrival time and on time. Francisco (Frankie) was great. I had a clogged drain (condensation line) from my AC. Frankie debugged all possible locations, and did not leave until it was fixed. Thorough, professional, and friendly. I would use Moffett again & will ask for Frankie.

It’s always distressing to have a clogged toilet but Moffett Plumbing was able to provide a technician very quickly. Robby was efficient, professional and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went about to fix the problem. Robby was also very friendly and reassuring - a big plus! This is the second time I have used Moffett and I will continue to use them in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Recently paid to have my water heater maintenance completed, albeit overdue. After a relatively brief assessment, the plumber informed me I had to two issues which should be resolved...anode rod replacement and replace pressure relief valve. I did not have issues with the assessment, but their costs are super expensive compared to what I investigated (unfortunately after the service was completed). In both cases, they charged 2X the average cost in my area that I received. I don't have any issues with the quality of the service completed, but please be aware they are a lot more expensive than what you should be able to get for similar quality(ie you pay for quite a bit of overhead from my perspective).

Issac Pozo was great. He was very organized and did and did an excellent job at removal and installation. Moffett Plumbing and Air is an excellent company. Thank You for a great job.

Jordan and David did a fantastic job troubleshooting our condenser problem. Jordan was great while walking me through the required repairs and made it super easy to understand what was happening. Moffett’s a great company, we’ve used them a number of times for both plumbing and HVAC repairs. Highly recommend!

Wow, what can I say! Jordan, was honest, reliable and so polite! I’ve had enough pushy sales people to last a lifetime! Jordan was not that, all honesty, explained everything in layman’s terms even. His side kicks, Frankie and Aaron were absolutely the best, I knew I had chosen right, they gave me all confidence and made the whole day more pleasurable. I will definitely call these guys back too do the other half of my houses HVAC.

I hired Moffett Plumbing & Air to provide a duct & vent cleaning of my home after receiving a great visit from their estimator, Allison, who went beyond the standard scope to provide thorough details and service options.
Alberto & Francisco showed up today, on time, and provided a fantastic service. Both Alberto and Francisco were extremely professional, diligent, and polite. They did a great job and left the house clean.

I just had the air conditioner condenser, coils, and furnace in my house replaced by Moffett. Having Jordan come and give me a quote and answer every question I had made replacing my AC as pleasant as possible. He was responsive and understanding even as I changed my mind with options. The two techs (Frankie and Francisco) who did the installation were also great and did their best to keep things tidy and keep me informed. I would highly recommend Moffett.
