James & his son Brett did a fantastic job on our shower/bathtub combo replacement. They were both so, so kind and did a wonderful job! Thank you to Luis for sending us examples on showers that were in our budget and helping us narrow down a solid product so quickly. Their office staff was also very kind and helpful. Biard & Crockett worked so well with our budget and even picked up the shower from Home Depot for us. We will be using Biard & Crockett from now on for all of our plumbing needs. We’ve been a customer for over 20 years. They have never failed us with fast, friendly, reasonable services. Every year due to the age of our home (63 yrs), we have had to snake the sewer pipe. Due to breaks and root damage to the clay pipe.
This year we decided to sleeve that old pipe with the latest technology for this application. There were noted trouble spots that almost denied the new sleeve to be placed. Alternatively, they would have had to dig up the whole yard. Costs would have increased dramatically. But due to the technician’s experience and knowledge (James and Brett) they were able to complete the job once and for all. All with a 50-year warranty!
We are very grateful for Baird and Crockett Plumbing. We appreciate the skill level of all the technicians over the years. We wouldn’t call anyone else. I recommend this company to everyone that enjoys quality work at a fair price.

I highly recommend Baird & Crocker Heating & Air Conditioning. Raul & Jessi came out to replace my AC condenser, arrived ahead of time and completed the job within the allocated time frame. I appreciated their attention to detail. As an extra perk they cleaned the air handler grooves and the top of my outside condenser unit. A++

The plumber who came out was Tony Yang. He was excellent. Explained everything he was doing in terms we could understand. He was very nice, happy to do the job, and showed us how to clean the drain, extending the warranty. You were able to lower the price. I really appreciate that kindness as I am a disabled senior on a fixed budget. I will forever sing your praises. Your company and workers are not out to hurt your customers. Thank you.

Hermalinda your front desk gal, was so nice and helpful when I called to explain the situation yesterday afternoon with a massive leak in the garage from the water heater. She was able to get us on the schedule first thing this morning and made it easy to text pics and video of things. There was even a great text letting me know when you were en route. James Athens and Brett Athens were so polite, efficient, professional and fast. They went above and beyond to help get us a new water heater at the best possible price. They went out of their way to go get the water heater from their team member who couldn't be here sooner than an hour and a half so we didn't have to wait. They not only fixed the issue and have alus a great new water heater from a dependable brand, but they even cleaned up the water that had drenched the garage and wiped things down. I am a home bound senior due to strokes and am on a shoestring budget with only social security. I can not express enough gratitude for having found you and all the help you have given me. Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you James and Brett!

So i had both a plumber and hvac technician come by. Used the special for free second opinion and very glad that i did. James who was the plumber was excellent was able to save me from having to take down dry walls and was able to fix a leak that I have been dealing with. I had tom for my hvac technician and he was also very helpful he was able to confirm what was wrong with my system
And gave his honest opinion and several options. While i am not sure about proceeding with the hvac yet, i had a positive experience with them and will strongly consider them for future jobs

I had a great experience with Briard & Crockett during their visit on February 12th. Their plumber replaced my shower valve and installed a new water softener, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained the scope of the work clearly, and made sure I understood my options before getting started.

The shower valve replacement was done efficiently, and everything feels solid and smooth now — no more temperature issues. The new water softener installation was equally well executed, with clean workmanship and attention to detail. They left the workspace tidy and took the time to answer my maintenance questions before wrapping up.

Joe arrived as scheduled, and connected the new leak detector device to our tablet. It took some time and throughout he was calm and reassuring that it would be solved. Brian,Tanner were excellent helpers for us. They were very professional and friendly as well. They spent time we needed to understand and went to work to assess our leak. They were very efficient and explained what needed to be done. They started working the next day, finding the leaks doing the replumbing. Today the patchers came and it looks great. We couldn’t have done it as neatly and quickly without their help!! They were the BEST!! Thank you Moffett Plumbing and Brian in particular!!!

From the call to make the appointment to all the co.munication efforts the day of the appointment to the thorough assessment of our ducts the service at Moffett plumbing was top notch. Our technician Lucas was very informative, and honest throughout his assessment. Its not often that i decide to post a review, but i was genuinely impressed. lately we've been having issues with fluctuating water pressure in our shower and bathroom, and an odor that was driving us crazy. so we finally called Moffett as a recommendation, A gentleman named Tommy was able to show up very quickly, which has been a very difficult thing to find with other companies, but i was immediately impressed by the professionalism and friendliness, and he was able to almost immediately find the problem (Which took me and my husband weeks! and to no Avail! ) i just want to say thank you Moffet and thank you Tommy for helping us out and will definitely be recommending you in the future!

Two months ago our hot water stopped working/flowing so we initially called our trusted journeyman plumber Mr. Bobby Tieu who is employed by Clean Out Kings Plumbing to investigate and fix the concern. Mr. Tieu deferred our family to Rinnai manufacturers 800 number so our warranty would NOT be VOID. I called two other certified Rinnai plumbing services who specialized in Rinnai water heaters but they did NOT honor PPE’s as our family members have cancer and are at risk for Covid complications.
When I called Moffett P & A, I was greeted with professionalism. I spoke with Jennifer who scheduled our family within 24 hours and communicated with us via text/email REAL TIME so someone could be home let Brian in to service our tankless water heater. She also put us on a cancellation list and we were serviced earlier due to a cancellation. The afternoon Brain arrived to service our Rinnai Tankless water heater it was over 96 degrees and our Rinnai tankless water heater was outside and four floors up. Brian came prepared, with a smile, and ready to work. His staff texted real time with ETA confirmations. Unfortunately our warranty didn’t cover labor but it did cover the part that needed to be ordered. The pricing was FAIR. We even bought the family plan for maintenance and ti extend our Rinnai warranty.
It took three days from start to finish to diagnosis, order, receive/inspect the faulty Rinnai part and install.

After several years, my newer water heater started making some bubbling and other noises indicating that it needed to be flushed and checked. I had heard some good things about Moffett Plumbing and was not disappointed by the plumber they sent out to help us.
Joseph was very professional, courteous, and made sure the work area was kept clean. He checked out our system and started work to flush and check out the system.
He clearly answered my questions and shared some issues with the heater. I did not feel any pressure, and chose to go with replacing the anode as he recommended.
After the work was done, he made sure everything was working properly before he left.
The job was done as well as I could expect. We’re happy to give both Joseph and Moffett Plumbing five stars!

Vince H. Came out to my house to do a FREE inspection on my plumbing and Water Heater. This is an excellent program because my house is 58 years young. Due to Vince’s detailed inspection I was told that everything was A O K! This announcement made me so happy and it was a moment that made me proud to be a Moffett Family Member!
