Very disappointing to learn yesterday that when the technicians left after presumably completing the job I was not able to operate my irrigation system. So this morning they are digging in the yard to attach the irrigation lines to the main line they just replaced. It is so inconvenient for us on this particular day when we have a family funeral to attend. I had such faith in Do It Right, as they completed another job inside the home about a year ago successfully and that is why we called on the company again and even recommended to neighbors where there are all sorts of plumbing issues with these homes.

You would think the irrigation system would have been checked to determine if it was connected to the main line while the job was being done. That would have been a basic check. Inside we gave more unnecessary digging.

To say we are very disappointed is an understatement.

Had a great experience with Joe O. for our tankless water flush maintenance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he answered all the different questions we had during our visit and even provided us different solutions to try.

I had a not so great experience with another company, from not having the proper equipment and cancelling our appointment several times. In comparison, Do It Right sent out someone same day. Joe was also well equipped to perform the task and was able to complete our maintenance quickly. Definitely a stark contrast to my experience with another company. Will be recommending to others.

I simply needed a professional plumber to diagnose why my brand new (self-installed) water softener was not working. Eddy and Nicole were on time and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed my issue as a faulty part, luckily still under warranty, in under 15 minutes. They were exceptionally professional as well as very nice people! In addition, the Do It Right office support (Kira) was exceptionally good at communication and offered me an open slot today instead of having to wait until the initially scheduled Friday appointment. Fantastic service all around! I will call them first the next time I need a pro!

Joe arrived within the window in which was expected. He spoke extremely well and professionally. I showed him what needed to be done and determined the parts that I had we’re not the correct type. I immediately left to retrieve the proper items while removed the shower cartridges. He changed everything out, tested for any leaks. It was very informative. It was a great overall experience. I would highly recommend…Do it Right Plumbers👍👍👍

Woke up to my water heater not working. The technician was able to come out within a couple of hours and Replaced the necessary components. Very pleased.

Biard & Crockett installed a new Bradford White water heater at my home within 24 hours of request, the original they installed lasted nearly 20 years. Yes a water heater, but it’s beautiful - attention was paid to code and proper/tidy fittings. Tony took pride in his work and I appreciate it, he knew what he was doing. I would recommend their services.

I’ve had two great technicians so far. One for the original repair (Tom) and the second for the maintenance check up(Max). Both of them are professional techs with quality work performed and had extensive knowledge of my air conditioning system. I could not be happier with this company. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and relatives. It is so great to find a company you can fully trust!!

Tony was very polite and professional. My tenant prefers everyone take off their shoes when entering the house. Tony brought booties to slip over his boots. Excellent.

My mother and father in laws A.C. went out right before the labor day weekend. We called and they sent a tech over the same day to get it checked out and confirmed the A.C. needed to be replaced. Tony Wang, came out to diagnose a gas line issue I had and was very professional and meticulous about looking at every possible area where the gas line might be clogged and found the problem. I so appreciated his approach and the result. Can’t say enough about him, great plumber

Excellent service. Took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. The installation of a new Water Heater was done with so much care and attention to detail. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees.

Eric arrived within the scheduled time slot. After alerting us to the fact that water to house would be shut, he installed the kitchen faucet that we had purchased in less than an hour. He left the work area nice and clean. Before leaving, he demonstrated that the new faucet was properlyworking .

I had Max come over to the house to check out my AC system. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it! He cleaned the coils complementary the inspection was only $39 totally worth it check my capacitor and even went up into the attic and checked out my heater everything‘s good. I would recommend Beard and Crockett and ask for Max when you call! Super cool dude… I’m also having them come over to fix my water heater tomorrow hopefully that will go just as smooth…
