Nolan Rodriguez came out today and fixed our clogged toilet. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He was quick and efficient and very personable. We are very happy with him and the work he did.

Orange Coast Plumbing was able to come out the same day I called. They called and updated me about the tech coming a little after our scheduled window. The tech text me when he was on his way. Our tech, Nolan Rodriguez, was very professional. He was able to repair our toilet that had become loose. He was able to reset and seal the toilet. He updated us during the process and fully explained the job after it was complete. He answered the questions we had. The company followed up with me the next day to make sure our job was completed and we were happy with the service. We will definitely use Orange Coast Plumbing in the future.

James Athens arrived quickly and inspected the situation to confirm what was needed to complete the job. He put together a quote and then gathered the needed parts and returned quickly. Water heater size was double-checked and then the swap-out and replacement was completed. James took the time to explain changes with the new water heater and confirmed we had hot water before he left the jobsite.

We’ve had a few visits from Orange Coast Plumbing over the last week as we finished up our DIY bathroom Reno. David, Tom, and Danny were all very friendly and personable, gave expert advice for our DIY job, and helped us cross the finish line in a few different ways. Cost was reasonable and service was fast. Will use them again!

Nolan visited our home assessed the issue we were having with our water heater and provided us with a detailed explanation and estimate of the work that was needed to correct the issue. We agreed to have him replace the water heater and Nolan replaced it in a reasonable short time with no problems. Nolan was very professional and did a great job.

I asked him a bunch of questions - toilet, water heater, pipes, etc and he was so knowledgeable good natured! He determined that my washer valves are not corroded but explained what the work would entail and how to extend their life for now! He’s sending me free estimates on a water softener and a Moen flow to alert us of leaks when we are away.

Piotr from Do it Right did a great job. He showed up early and was well prepared to fix the shower. He was pleasant to talk to and explained everything clearly. He left the space VERY CLEAN!!! and charged less than originally estimated. As a contractor I work with many plumbers and this was definitely a great experience. I'll call him next time and recommend his services to anyone. GOOD JOB!!!
