Incredibly friendly and definitely family owned. Was told about a $79.95 service charge to come out and take a look at what the problem was. My issue was a back to back shower/tub was backed up and not draining. Technician arrived very promptly and assessed the job. Quoted me $375 to run his hand snake. Since I didn't have much of an option at the time and I personally was unsuccessful with my endeavors earlier I just paid the price. He was in and out in 30 minutes, I just think the price was way over the top considering othe shops are typically half that price. Ultimately I should have shopped around but I did not and Ultimately that was my fault.

Knowledgeable, clean, friendly and showed up on time - installed kitchen sink faucet and shut-off valve without any issue. Price was reasonable, made suggestions for preventative work but did not pressure me.

We have had Done-Rite come out a few times to our office. They have replaced our water heater, and unclogged our drains (clog was 30+ feet down the drain, but they found it). They always come with a smile on their face, review everything they need to do and get your approval before touching or doing anything. Another great thing they do is text you with an appointment confirm, when they are in route and when they finish a job. They are go to Plumber!!!!

Jon H. Came out to look at our leaking toilet after we just moved in. Assessed the issue quickly and gave an estimate with reasonable prices. He came out and replaced the toilet in no time at all, did a clean and thorough job. Very nice and personable. This is our First call and will continue to be.

Had a plumbing emergency at work in the pouring rain. When I called I was told someone would be there within 30 min. Logan and Devin came were knowledgeable, super kind and understanding and went above and beyond trying to problem solve.

Arrived within a half hour of calling. Explained clearly what needed to be done. We have used them several times Always a pleasure with this company.

Highly recommend Done-Rite Plumbing. I own a laundromat that had a backed up pipe. John, Dave and Victor were quick to arrive, assess and recommend necessary repairs. They suggested a late night repair to minimize downtime of the laundromat. All were knowledgeable, hardworking and overall good guys. They will be my plumbing team moving forward and highly recommend them!

Just had my first opportunity to deal with DONE RITE PLUMBING and am extremely PLEASED!! Called first thing this morning about two separate shower issues and was told they could have someone here within the hour. Sure enough, MARIO MELENA arrived approximately 30 minutes later! MARIO immediately asked to see the two showers and quickly diagnosed exactly what the problem was in each place. He then prepared his quote to completely replace the SHOWER CARTRIDGES in each location and I was VERY happy with the fair price! MARIO then went to work and got the job done quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to use DONE RITE PLUMBING again and highly recommend their services and their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even TIFFANY whom I spoke to originally to arrange for service was a polite and helpful person. MARIO is an exceptional plumber and human. Thanks DONE RITE and THANK YOU MARIO!!!!

I had an excellent experience with Done Rite Plumbing and Rooter. Logan was out technician. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to clearly explain the issue, offered straightforward solutions, and completed the work efficiently. What really stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my home—they left everything clean and in great condition. I also really appreciate his constant communication as this was a rental property of mine. It’s rare to find a plumber who combines both skill and customer service at this level. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I had an outstanding experience working with Christian and Done Rite Plumbing, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, their pricing was competitive and transparent. Throughout the entire process, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, taking the time to thoroughly assess the situation and explain exactly what needed to be done. We were really impressed with Done Rite Plumbing! They were able to schedule service on one day’s notice, which was a huge help. Danny handled our repair, and he was courteous and very efficient. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

Logan and Bradley were extremely professional and got the job done super fast. We had a drain pipe leak underneath our sink and they diagnosed the problem, found the source, and completed repairs all in 4 hours. Jon, Dee, and their team did an outstanding job. I had exceptional results with this plumbing company. They replaced my sewer line without having to tear up or damage my hardwood floors, which was a huge relief. They also repaired two slab leaks at no extra charge.
