Victor came to my house because of a clogged toilet. He assessed the situation promptly. He unclogged the toilet immediately with an auger. Victor was very polite, informed, and professional. It was my pleasure to meet someone who was knowledgeable and extremely polite. I have a few other plumbing jobs and I definitely will call again. Thank you Rooter Rooter and Victor!

Elias was my technician. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of his craft definitely recommend him.

Day of service was great. Technician was great. Website is inaccurate as far as time slots offered for service. Website states one hour window, but tech did not arrive even after 2 hours and with no notification. I was expecting someone within the hour as stated. Website should remove those one hour windows. Seems like false advertising.
