Today on Friday February 21 2025 my kitchen sink was clogged. I called Roto Rooter they said they would have someone out within the hour I was shocked how quick Victor the plumber got to my house he explained what needed to be done and he went to work and it took a little longer than expected but he got it done Victor did such a great job with excellent customer service he made the experience so much better thanks Victor.

Second time Aaron came out. This time he brought Clifton with him. The two of them worked hard on finding a leak above kitchen and below upstairs restroom. I thought the leak was the shower- Nopety nope!! The toilet instead. Fixed it with a smile. Although he again was very professional and knowledgeable, hopefully I don’t need to see him again for a long while!

Aaron came for a free inspection for a potential hidden pipe leak on a Sunday. He was dressed professionally and clean. Did a thorough inspection and took the time to evaluate the situation in detail. He was not a salesman, but a true professional. Thank you Aaron!
