If it was possible to give more than a 5 star review, I would. From the very start to the end of them completing their services for a backed up sewer line, they were outstanding. Tiffany B in their office was efficient and communicative, letting me know every step of the way where my technician, Logan P was. When Logan arrived he was prompt, professional, proficient, and polite. He diagnosed the problem then thoroughly explained the process and went right to work, completing the job. My problems were solved! Then he cleaned up and went on to his next job.

I will definitely use them again for all my jobs, big or small.

We had water under our house from a leak in the kitchen. Logan came out within 1/2 hour and fixed it right there. It was fast, he was friendly and courteous, and the service was great. It was apparent that they know exactly what they are doing and take pride in a job well done.

The lead piper, Martine, were all very attentive to our challenges and concerns. We had a big job and they handled it, efficiently and effectively, and even came back to attend to a few items after finishing the job to make sure that we are happy and feel safe and taken care of in our home. They did a full re piping of our entire house, including Gray, Water, sewage, and the Main waterline piping all through the house. We are very happy with the result, and highly recommend him

Amazing experience with Done Rite! We just purchased a new home and had a dishwasher leak issue. They not only came out within an hour, they promptly fixed it. Jon was an awesome and friendly tech who I would highly recommend!!

John was the best! He was so kind to my kids, patient and explaining everything to us, showed up on time, he was even nice to the dog! Done-rite did a sleeve on my sewer pipe. Its an expensive service but they were very fair on their pricing. I got several quotes. Even when it didn't go exactly as planned for them, John kept me informed the whole way. They made it work, even when my pipe was being a pain. Great service

January 30-2026 If it was possible for me to give more than 5 stars I would. Tiffany in their office was very helpful and quick to get everything started, sending Christian plumbing technician and Devin out to our house. They were very professional checking everything out to find the problem. We were having major problems with water backing up. Our sewer pipe line needed to be replaced. A crew was send out to replace the old pipe. What a huge relief .Thank you all so much your family business is a blessing 🙏 we are so grateful for the awesome team work. Mario & Racheal Anchante

I had an excellent experience with our plumber who installed a Halo 5 water filtration system. From start to finish, the service was top-notch — professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was done neatly, and everything was explained clearly so I understand how the system works. You can really tell they take pride in their work and care about doing things right. Danny helped us with a big water heater issue we had. He was so patient, honest. Turns out we needed a new water heater and he got another employee to come deliver one and he installed it immediately. Danny got everything done IN THE POURING RAIN, in time for our kids to be able to take their night-time bath! We officially love this company!

While I didn’t end up using their services, I have to compliment the company on quality of customer care. Dottie was friendly and scheduled a service tech to come out within a few hours to give me a quote. James texted when he was on his way. He was polite, friendly, engaged and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with the service from Orange Coast Plumbing. Mike was very professional and knowledge. Service was prompt (same day) and Mike was concientious not to leave a mess having to tear into dry wall to fix the problem. Very happy with the quality and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Nolan and his crew were very good with our issue, which became more complicated after they were able to see the problems more clearly. He explained why costs were higher than the original bid to my satisfaction with actual reasons made clear. We had several bids and he took the time to communicate with me via phone several times to make sure we understood the complications and how the different repair options might go. We have been happy with the repair so far after a month or so, no issues.

I trusted these reviews in Google, and I shouldn't have. Watch out for these guys! I had a pretty run-of-the-mill problem with a clogged kitchen sink, and next thing you know they are insisting that I need main line work (to the tune of $7500), pressured me to schedule the work in the next day or two. And the initial snaking they did actually made the problem worse -- I ended up with a clogged up bathroom tub too! Thank goodness I got another opinion -- the second plumber did a basic snaking of the kitchen line for a couple hundred dollars, and I've had no trouble since. Be careful too when signing anything on OC Plumbing's electronic tablet -- at one point, there was a blank screen that I too hurriedly signed, and despite multiple back-and-forth with the plumber, the only way I could clear up the problem was to contest the charge with my credit card company (which sided with me right away.) OC Plumbing is crooked to the core, taking advantage of the difficult situation of having a line clogged. There are much better, honest options locally.

FOLLOW UP after company's response: No, this is the right company, and the response here is consistent with my experience: Deny any wrongdoing, ever. Not honest brokers.

Jesse and Henry saved our bacon after we discovered we had a gas leak under our home. They came out to do the estimate and were able to start the next day. They were able to replace our entire gas line just in time for Thanksgiving. I will highly recommend Orange Coast Plumbing to anyone. If you're lucky enough to get Jesse and/or Henry, great assured, you'll be in good hands.

David and Jonathan were kind and professional. They did excellent work and were fast at changing our water heater out when the old one gave up on a Friday after hours. Price was transparent and competitive for emergency plumbing, and there were no surprises added on at the end. I wouldn’t like to have a plumbing emergency again, but if I did, then I would like these two on my team.

Great service. We have had positive experiences with Jeff. He was very friendly and professional. We got an emergency plumbing problem with the bathroom being flooded at our house. He did a great job! Would highly recommend and was using Jeff's and Orange Coast Plumbing service.
