I had a horrible experience with them. I need to speak to the owner. I am not sure if the owner is aware of my situation. We recently had to finally file a police report because their office is not responding to our calls.

We have had the “Residential Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System” for about 8 years. I love the fact that I am not using countless plastic water bottles and I have never had an issue with customer service.

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I have called twice to have someone call me regarding the calcium deposits in my faucet. I am always told someone will call but no one ever does. I spoke with one lady that was so mean I can't believe they have any customers

I've been having problems with their water softening system for months and they finally replaced it this last week (upon my request) while I was away. Whoever did the work fouled my entire water system to the point that I had to waste about 400 gallons of water that needed to be run to clear the lines. I'm having this system removed and replaced with another kind of system that doesn't waste water like this one does when it recycles every 10 days. .
