Great place been using them for years they've handled all of our septic find General Plumbing needs kind friendly service they get the job done even when it's dramatic and scary as septic can usually be LOL they are come under pressure and get the job done great job guys!!

Driver was so terrible and scared he couldn’t get up the driveway when UPS, FedEx, Propane, and other pumping services have gotten up before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

There are not enough stars here for me to give proper credit to this company, Ely Jr's Pumping, to include both the owner, Ely and his amazingly competent, and wonderful friendly staff.
Ely and co. basically saved my septic system and the sale of my house with Ely's expertise, his knowledge and his generosity in dealing with me and my unique situation. He personally took my phone calls to answer concerns, and his staff of both men and women treated me like a truly valued client. Vivienne, Monique, Laura, Peter, Alex, Albert are all part of the Ely, Jr. Team and boy, what a team. Call this company for all your pumping/septic/permit/license needs and know you will be getting the best service around!!

This company is extremely unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. We have been going back and forth with them about an issue regarding our septic pipe lines for weeks while being misinformed every time. On top of that Ely Jr has been very difficult to connect with and has therefore further delayed our project. As if this wasn't enough, now he ended up quoting us for more than triple the amount we discussed and not didn’t return our calls or emails to at least explain the astronomical price change.

I have to highlight their lack of professionalism and appalling customer service. Never in my years of dealing with companies of service have I ever had an experience like this.

Mike was wonderful. Showed up on time and really knew all about septic systems. He went above and beyond, helping us find the second clean out we didn’t know about, he was great at getting the lids off, and was friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently, keeping the cost down. Great job 👍

Pablo was amazing. He took his time to thoroughly inspect our plumbing system, recording videos and clearly explaining everything he found. He was able to clean the pipes using a high-quality pressure jet and showed us the results afterward. We were very pleased with his work and look forward to using his services again. As a real estate agent, I will definitely be referring him to my clients in the future.

Pablo did a nice job installing new fixtures and appliances for our office sink, and suggesting improvements. He worked hard to get it done on-time and on-budget.

I had a plumbing emergency late at night after a party when my toilet got completely clogged because someone flushed something they shouldn’t have. I called several plumbers, but no one answered except Pablo . He picked up right away and came out to my house that same night. He quickly unclogged my toilet and got everything working again. What really impressed me was that he didn’t charge me extra for after hours service.

2nd time that I have used Pablo. My water tank went out after 20 yrs and I knew that Pablo was my go to technician from past experience. He is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to explain the issue and did removal and installation within 3 hours. Cleanup was neat. I have already referred Pablo to my friends.
