Guy came into my home to work on newly installed faucets leaks in my master bathroom and leaky value in another bathroom that the previous plumber failed do so, not knowing that the job would be so time consuming and difficult. He was very professional and when the extra mile to make sure, me the customer was happy. I would highly recommend Guy (the best plumber ever) to anyone!!! THANK YOU so much for the great service he gave me and the reasonable price to complete the job.☺

I was extremely surprised to get a hold of someone on a Sunday evening. They sent someone out within a hr, and had my drain unclogged within 15 minutes. Felix was professional and great. My only issue, was that I was charged $89 for trap removal. Which I ended up removing myself. But, I did pay it because I was happy to have someone here quickly

Through Home Advisor this company called before I was done, so I thought. I made an appointment for 9 ish, then another plumber called and he was right around the corner and the one I was looking at to begin with based on his reviews and he was here in less than 5 minutes, after showing him the issue and getting an estimate, I called Drain Masters to cancel giving them plenty of time to redirect if needed. they called back after I canceled and harassed me, saying it isn't fair and so on. I can't believe this, "so unprofessional." would not recommend based on this behavior alone. If I could they would not even get one star.

Not trustworthy. I called them out to unclog drain, said they needed to do another service for 600.00 when I told him no he offered to do it for 500.00. He left without clearing the drain. I had another company come out within that hour and they cleared it without charging me extra! I had paid these guys but didn't get a receipt so I called the next day to ask if they could email it to me they said they didn't have it yet. Makes me wonder if he was just trying to make some cash on the side. I tried speaking to a manager and all he wanted to do was come out and try to get me for more money! he diagnosed i needed a 1200.00 job over the phone! I do not recommend these people at all!

I experienced a sewer line blockage and backup thru the toilet. I called DRAIN MASTERS and they were there in an hour (on a Saturday). The blockage was in the main sewer line and the normal auger could not clear it. They then brought in a Hydro Jett which did clear the line of tree roots. The company followed up with me 4 days later. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend DRAIN MASTERS.

10/27/19 On Football Sunday, called out Drain Masters. Advised within an hour to unclogged main line. Got here within the hour, nice intro from service rep. Got to his business and an hour later problem solved. Recommended to hydro jet main line as preventive maintenance. Will schedule that with them next.

Called Balta, owner. Gave me some suggestions for me to handle a drain clog. After some effort, got it going, but still needed his service. Came out took care of it in 10 minutes. Friendly service.

Drainmasters did an amazing job! We had a plumbing issue Saturday night around 9 PM, and they came out Sunday morning to fix it. The service was quick, clean, and reliable. They were honest and trustworthy throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

I called for a sewer drain that was clogged, they got it cleared out quickly and for a reasonable price. Christian came out, he snaked the drain and ran a water jet thru the line. He had it fixed in no time. Thank you Drain Masters!

Had a sewer blockage and contacted the Drainmasters and they came out within the hour to address the situation. Competitive pricing! Staff was really friendly.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY. When two employees came to my house to clear the main sewer line, I was nervous about signing the contract a second time, so one employee stood in the doorway and blocked my ability to escape while another employee backed me up against a wall while standing an inch from me so I could not move; threatened me that I better sign the contract; and forced me to sign a contract under protest, which I wrote on the contract, even though I was not given the chance to review the contract or the work they claimed to have done. When I tried to take what I was told was my copy of the contract from the clipboard, the employee, without asking for the contract back, balled up his fists and moved them toward me and I really thought I was going to be hit. The employee then suddenly pulled the clipboard out of my hands so hard that the contract ripped and I lost my balance and had to step back/to the side to stop from falling. It was very terrifying since I was home alone and the two employees were both much bigger than me. It started when I called them to clean out a main sewer line. While there, the employees said I had roots in my main sewer line and I needed to have the main line hydrojetted. (There were no roots in the main line according to another plumber.) The employees kept trying to tell me that I needed things I actually did not need. They said I needed a new toilet that was already relatively new. They said I needed a new drain pipe that would cost $6,000.00 before I asked questions, after which they finally said I did not need a new drain pipe. I had signed the contract for a first time when they told me what needed to be done. Though I did pay them, I told them I did not want to sign the written contract a second time due to the things they said to me. That is when they threatened me and corned me against a wall and forced me to sign the contract under protest. I ended up having to hire another company to do the job.

Came the same day and replaced the toilet tank valves, works great now.

We have always been very Impressed, how well they do their jobs and procedures and how they treat their customer’s homes and Work carefully and clean up well after 👍 Glad we know who to refer or call if a Friend & or Customer needs help with their Plumbing. Very Professional and knowledgeable in the various ways needed to assist there Clients !

Great customer service, I have used this company for over 10 years, always efficient and prompt. They
recently cleared out bathroom drain line that had root blockage . Work included snaking, camera , hydrojet, through roof vents.Very through and pleasant to work with

Do not use them. Most places will charge about $250 for a drain cleanout. My housesitters called this company last summer and unbeknownst to me, this company charged us $1300 and tried to upsell for even more. They said they would warranty work for 4 years. A few months later, drain needed cleaning again and they came out for warranty work but a week later, we are backed up again. They want to charge us $1100 for another cleanout. Said the pipe was damaged even though I saw the scope myself and their invoice says nothing about damage. I called 2 other places, both quoted me $225-250. I have no idea why this place is so expensive but they don’t stand by their work and will upsell you.

Good plumber
