Haven't used the service but based on how rude the person driving a giant red truck w. their Drain Masters logo all over the side was I will never be a customer. The person driving the truck pushed people to make them move or drive faster and almost hit the van in front of me to then cut another driver off. If you're this terrible and careless of others on the road I could only imagine how little you care about the work you do.

Call them and they schedule a good time to come out they were here within two hours after me calling I had a bad back up in the kitchen sink that went into the laundry room he worked very hard and was able to remove the clogged suggest that I have it jetted but at this time do not have the funds to have it done but we'll get it done very happy with the work much better than other plumbers I have used in the past

I was in need of a water heater replacement, Baltazar and Nacho made sure I had a new water heater installed by end of day. I am relieved to have hot water once again. Originally called Thousand Oaks Plumbing to repair a PEX piping leak. They purchased the company that installed the PEX that was still under warranty. They refused to honor the warranty and wouldn't even give me a discount to repair. DrainMasters (Rafael) repaired it at half the quote that TO Plumbing rudely provided. What's more, he repaired a clean-out cap and gave me a camera reading of my sewer line at a reasonable price. I can recommend Drainmasters. Stay away from T.O. Plumbing.

Great customer service! There was a leak on our 1st floor coming from the shower in our 2nd floor which was a nightmare :( It was a difficult job but they got it done! Our tech Santangelo and the owner Baltazar were both great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are there when you need them. Felix is the nan to go to , I had slab leak and he took care of it as well as replace water heater. I will always use Drain Masters for all my plumbing needs . A definitely 5 star

Very professional. they showed up within the hour of me calling them even though it was late in the night and forhaving to cone out at 2am prices were fair and they were able to work with me. would defiantly refer to others and will be using then for all my plumbing needs from now on!

Had a backed up kitchen sink (occurs at least once a year). Not willing to spend more than $60 for a clean-out. They advertised a $49.00 special with a free estimate (in case I changed my mind when they arrived).
They held to their advertised price and I got my clean out. Very happy.

I highly recommend Drain Masters of Oxnard. They were very quick to respond and handle all of our issues with care and understanding. The plumber that was dispatched to our property was on time, friendly and handled the job as if it were his own property.

Very unhappy. We had a back up in a drain. Their workman shows up and the supposed price is $79 but he tells me that to snake the drain, he has to open up the pipe underneath the drain (a simple task that takes a good plumber maybe 1 minute) and that's another $89. Then he presents his work order which limits his activity to the one drain, and if he has to look at the other drains upstairs, those are an additional expense include the potential cost of opening up each pipe underneath ($89 each). Forget these guys. Hire a real plumber who will charge by the hour. I am considering whether I should call Consumer Affairs and California licensing board to report what I consider a deceptive practice. I cancelled the work order and sent the workman packing. I called real plumber who took care of the problem in about 1/2 hr. for the cost of a service call ($125).

Very bad service, called for a clog and now I have a leak. Called the office several times for them to come out and fix the leak and I was advised by the Techs I could go to Lowes and purchase the cap. Why, if I called the plumber? I then spoke with the manager/owner Mr Baltazar Lopez and the first words out of his mouth were "We do not do free work, and the work which was done was completed and your contract advises we do not cover any faults which were caused after work is completed. And if you do not listen to me I will hang the phone up as Drain Master does not do free work." Very rude to seniors and is not willing to help or advise just places blame. Would not recommend Drain Master if you need a plumbing problem solved. One Stars for this company as they do not understand the meaning of Superior Customer Service as they advertise to be.

Great experience. We had family from out of town and had a leak. We were unable to use the water or shower, called Drainmasters last minute and they were here within 20 minutes, fixed the problem. Very reliable and friendly. I recommend them.

Shower and toilet back up which had happened for years. We used to fix ourselves but we are too old to climb onto our roof, where our clean out is. Called Drain Masters and they could not get on our roof so the tech said he had to take our toilet off so he could snake from there. Cost us $415 for the same thing we used to do ourselves, sucks getting old. But the real issue for the poor rating is because we have a clogged sink in the same bathroom after he left! I have called and someone is coming out today, we will see if they try to charge another $400 😡 One other thing, as I was looking at the other reviews on this page, they mention Drain Masters clean up after themselves and are careful not to make a mess! This guy was walking in and out of my house without laying anything down to protect my floors! And he made sure to let us know he is not required to clean up the mess he made.
