We changed out another Co. water conditioner for the Pacific's bi-weekly service.
Arthur did amazing job explaining everything to us, he did a water hardness test, our water was super high on the results. We knew that we wanted to switch to the bi-weely service as we were getting tired for not having soft water as we were promised by the other Co. So we scheduled the appointment for a few days later. Manny came and installed the connectors for the new tank, he was so professional and nice (loved the Dodger hat he wore). He made everything look so clean! What a difference the water softener has made, no more hard water!! Would definitely use Pacific Water Conditioning again.

I had a water softener unit installed and Arthur did amazing job explaining everything to me, he came out and looked at my pipes and told me what my options were.
