Tony was highly experienced and within no time he fixed my issue from my water heater with a simple few bangs from his pocket knife and full hard reset with a good explanation added about why my issue occurred and what to do if it happens again. Since, the Rain Water softener installer couldn't figure it out therefore, Tony was the man who was highly skilled to get the job done, quick, responsive, patient, professional even with a mask on when he approached my home. Now I know a go to plumber in case any other issues that might occur.

Called about a leak under my sink. Everything was great and they fixed it and even said call us if it leaks again. About 30 minutes after the service, it starts leaking again, and I called just like they said. They now tell me that if they go back and fix it they would charge me again for the service, super rude, do not do business with these people.
