Took forever just to get a quote. Then never got back to me, once I finally set up for them to come replace the part I need the guy said they had to tear apart my wall or floor in order to replace the whole piping which was never even part of the original quote. On top of that the front desk tryed to question me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I've worked plumbing since 1998 I just had to have a part put in for warranty. So terrible management skills, terrible customer service and terrible time management.

Raul was on time. Did the work quickly and cleanly. And the price was very reasonable. Newer home and 2nd floor toilet evidently was not installed properly by the builder DR Horton. Seal was leaking. Flange was rusted away. Both needed to be replaced. I'll call them again!!

My favorite plumber. Anytime I've needed a plumber I've called and all work has been done professionally. The plumbers are prompt and efficient. No callbacks needed. Over a 5 year span I've needed: hot water heater changed out, sinks flushed, new garbage disposal install. All work excellent. Office personnel are personable, prompt and efficient.

First class workmanship. Showed up on time and David was very through, both with his appearance and work area. Very nice man and extremely helpful. I always call Donlin because their crew is always professional. May not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I called yesterday for a flush/service of my water heater and they scheduled appointment for today from 9-11am. This morning I got a call at 7:30am that they can come by earlier at 8am! Wow👍👍👍. Matt came by and did the work in 30 minutes! Great decision to hire them and will definitely recommend.

I called Donlon Plumbing to fix an overflowing toilet in my house and they happened to accommodate me the same day and made it easy for me to pay over the phone with my card. Nice service man & work. Recommend.

After making the wrong call all week as to when to replace my water heater, they finally said they could do it Saturday for $900 or if I waited until Monday it would be $625. Since I had been without hot water for two days, I was in no mood to wait another two days. When the owner became aware of my problem, he took care of it to my satisfaction.

We recently remodeled our kitchen. Peter Donlon and his team were there for us every step of the way during the demolition process and the final stages of installing our new plumbing fixtures. Five stars to his entire team!

I had a water tank filter break open, causing flooding. After shutting off the water, I called Donlon Plumbing. It was after hours but my call was answered by Donnie, who was on-call. He advised me that he did not have access to materials necessary to repair my break until the next day, but that the dispatcher would call me to set up an appointment. Shortly after I hung up, Donnie called me back and offered to come out and put in a temporary flex hose fix that would allow me to get my water back to the house. He quoted me a service call price. I agreed and he showed up in quick order. He put in a temporary fix that got our household back up in operation. The next morning, Donlon Plumbing dispatcher called to set an appointment to replace the filter assembly the next day. Early the next day the dispatcher called to ask if I would be available for the plumber to come earlier than scheduled. Within 30 minutes Donnie came back out with the new assembly and installed it. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I am a repeat customer of Donlon Plumbing for tankless water system annual maintenance, and anytime I have called them they have responded quickly and professionally. Thank you to Donnie, the dispatcher and all the employees at Donlon Plumbing.

To anyone in the Oxnard area. Do not trust Donlon Plumbing. They milk the clock and do not clear drains according to industry standards. When the office is informed their excuse is the customer did not tell them how to clean the drain. Since when is the customer responsible for telling the plumber how to properly clear a main sewer line? I did this work for a long time, am retired now. When I asked to have the job done correctly. Use a cutting blade to run through the main sewer line instead of a broken off 3/8 cable with no tool on the end I was told to go away. When I tried to talk with the office supervisor I was told she didn't care what I had to say and wouldn't talk to me because I was not paying the bill a management company was. The very first time we used the toilet it clogged again so we were again without bathroom facilities because Donlon Plumbing refused to do the job correctly so they could double bill.Please repost.

We bought a house that had major plumbing issues. Donlon Plumbing gave us a quote by email in advance. And Donnie came out to do the work two days later. Thanks to him and his hard work, our dishwasher and kitchen sink now drain properly, we have new faucets in the kitchen and both bathrooms (he encountered extra challenges which he was able to overcome for no extra charge), a brand new water heater with up to date gas connections, and the new tub drain works and looks great. We couldn't be more pleased with the timelines and quality of the work. All at a reasonable price! You have a customer for life!

Donlon Plumbing has great service, what I love is that they genuinely try to service you the same day they call if not they will find something for you the very next day. Before they ever serviced me I use to believe they may be out of my price range but THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE! Their phone operators Mariela and Ana are so sweet! Even their plumbers like Rafa, Maurico, and Daniel are so kind and respectful. I am truly pleased with this company and WILL ALWAYS contact them for future services!!!!1

My home insurance contracted with this company for a water heater replacement. That won’t happen again. I have no issue with the plumber that came out, but the office will treat you like a second class customer due to negotiated rates with the insurance co. I asked if they could install the new water heater on the weekend and was told “we’re closed” before I could say I was willing to pay since we’ve been without hot water for a week and they couldn’t complete the work for 7 days after the evaluation. According to their website they’re open 24x7!! My wife called back and spoke to Ana who claims she’s the manager, but she had no interest in our situation even saying she “didn’t care” about our family matter and not being able to bathe properly for an extended period. I’ve let me Home Insurance Co know and Donlon Plumbing will not be completing this repair. I will be taking my business elsewhere. If your Home Insurance co sends your service request to Donlon you’re better off taking the payout and find your own vendor.

Great people, great service. When the first plumber couldn't fix the problem drain he called his manager and they sent someone else to try rather than giving up on the issue. The second guy was able to fix the stubborn drain. I was charged what I felt was a fair price for the job and I'm very happy with the end result.

Just bought a condo near the beach and when the big box store refrigerator installer broke the water supply valve I scrabbled to find the house water shut-off valve. Nothing was leaking but I could not even turn the shutoff. I called Donlon’s and within a week they had two very experienced and willing plumbers at my house to attend to my issues. They ended up replacing both broken valves and nine angle valves that our home inspector recommended for replacement. I am very satisfied with the work performed, the quality of the service, and the character of the men performing the work.

My water tank wasn't filling up properly. I was given an appointment for the next day, but a cancelation allowed them to fix it the same day. Mike did a great job! 👍🏾 The service was really quick and everyone was very friendly and professional! I would highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our service line. Rocky can first thing in the morning and got to work. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair. He was great. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Donlon Plumbing.
