We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday morning and I called Genuine Plumbing. Within the hour Clinton arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly experienced. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my clogged kitchen sink, explained what needed to be done, and got right to work.

What really stood out was his honesty and transparency. He gave me a fair quote upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises. Clinton also took the time to answer my questions and even gave tips to help avoid future problems.

We had a fantastic experience with genuine plumbing! Our kitchen sink was fully clogged and overflowing and they came out quickly and did the whole job that day and cleaned up after. Cleared out clog all the way down to 50+ feet!

The gentleman that came to fix my sink was very professional and knew exactly what to do. My house is a new construction and the plumber who initially installed the pipes used the wrong type, so that’s great! All in all, I’m very pleased with the end product and would definitely use them in the future.

There was a recall on the previous plumbing that was installed and they kindly contacted me and replaced it free of charge. Great customer service and much appreciated.

Genuine Plumbing has been our plumber of choice here in Ventura for the last couple of years. They are always responsive, very professional, extremely knowledgeable about everything related to plumbing repair, and efficient, very honest, and overall a great company with great employees. One of the biggest jobs they did for us about a year or so ago was replacing our extremely old water heater (30+ years). Prior to installation, they answered all my questions about proper maintenance, conventional water heaters versus tankless and other options, etc. allowing me to make the best decision for our household.

The plumber that came out was knowledgeable and very nice. The work was very nicely done and he explained all of what was being and what to expect. Appreciate him walking game through the work and answering my questions!!

Unfortunately our water heater was starting to leak, so we had to have it replaced. Joey (the tech) arrived at 10:10am for a 10-11 appointment I set up that morning. Joey was able to do it right away. He pulled out the old one and had the new one in by 1:30pm. He was very professional, honest, and easy to deal with. By 2pm, we had hot water again, area was all cleaned up, and he was on his way. Overall it was a quick, clean and great experience 👌.

I found this company on Google. I liked that it is a local business and that they can be contacted 24/7. I called in the morning and was told someone could be at my home within an hour to repair or replace a water heater. Clinton was efficient and knowledgeable. I have called upon Genuine Plumbing for many times over 10.years. Their work has always been excellent. They have great technology & know how to use it!

For example, before looking under our house's slab; they brought in their high tech "leak detector" to pinpoint the location under our slab Therefore NO unneeded digging. They installed a "sleeve" in the pipe to the center of our street. NO roots

Totally satified! They came out on an emergency call about an underground water leak that we were experiencing in the backyard, and they worked late into the evening hours to remove a long segment of old pipe (~70ft in lenght) which had become completely corroded. Repairs included working over the weekend and even the removal of a backyard tree that was blocking them from hooking the new pipe up to the main water supply. They had everything they need to get us back up and running with fresh water again. I just can't say enough!!

They're great. I called them out to fix a clog at my washer which was backing up at my shower. Clinton was super friendly, knowledgeable and fast. I will definitely call them again.
