I got a quote to replace my water heater from another company and it was super high I called Genuine plumbing and got a price I approved for them to come out the next day they were in and out in just 2 hours the tech was very professional and nice I even had him fix my toilet that kept running. Highly recommend if anyone is looking great quality plumbers.

We have used Genuine Plumbing 3 times; drain unclogging, toilet re-seating, and replacing very old pipes. They respond quickly, are courteous, do excellent work for a reasonable fee which they tell you up front. It is nice to have a plumber you can trust!

Clinton’s my technician he was good to go very honest. Genuine plumbing did an awesome job and they have set prices that don’t change . I called around to different plumbers such as rotor rooters and they couldn’t give me a quote without discussing it for 10 mins and the price would come back ridiculously high . Highly recommend genuine plumbing for honest work and set prices that seem fair .

The plumber that came to fix my sink was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get the job done. My house is a new construction and the plumber who initially installed the pipes under the sink used the wrong items, so that's great to hear. All in all, I'm very pleased with the end product and would definitely use them in the future.

We were having our oven installed but there was an issue with a gas pipe in the way preventing the oven from fitting, I called around to different plumbing companies and they were either too expensive or they couldn't come out until a week later. And then I found this company who was able to get out to me same day within 30 minutes and give me a great price! Customer service was amazing since the very first call. Their agent came out Clinton, and he was awesome! He did exactly what needed to be done in a timely manner, he was very polite and even stayed until the oven installers came back to make sure everything looked good. He did a very good job and even cleaned everything up afterwards, very professional. We will definitely be going to them again for any plumbing issues in the future! Thank you guys so much!

They did a great job. The issue turned out to be some build up and roots causing multiple blockages throughout the draining pipes. Diagnostic was quick and issue was resolved shortly after. Clinton was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. He was able to show us real time with precision what the issues in the pipes were and where they were located along with before and after images. I would highly recommend using their services.

They came the next day, were very good at communicating and did a good job replacing a hot water heater. Clint was very friendly and gave me pricing upfront since it was a straightforward job.

I had another company scheduled but they didn’t give pricing upfront and I don’t like that because they show up and could charge anything and you feel pressured at that point because you don’t want to call someone else and wait longer so I cancelled with them.

Would recommend them and I definitely will keep their contact for future needs

Then last night our water heater broke causing water to go everywhere and of course it was 1030 pm. They came immediately and secured everything and will be by today to install the new heater. I think for me, their response time, attitude and clean work have been the best part of working with them. Highly recommended!

I had a pipe burst in my attic flooding my son’s bedroom, I was recommended this company by my neighbors. I called them up they came out with in the hour and gave me a good price to fix it they showed me I had a hole in the copper pipe. Clinton fixed the issue within a hour and even helped vacuum out some of the water that was all over the floor! He was very polite and helped put me at ease with my plumbing situation.

My kitchen lines been backing up for the past few years. I found genuine plumbing and the plumber ran his cable down the line and he had a camera on his van and showed me why it kept clogging. it was full of grease! He recommended hydro jetting the line to open up 100% again and I approved it he was fast and communicating through the whole process and showed me the line was open again. I’d definitely recommend this company and im glad I won’t have any issues anytime soon!

Genuine Plumbing came out to my residence. They gave me a price upfront but I had no idea how long it was going to take. They extended one pipe, adjusted another and put on t-stops for kitchen sink. In and out in one hour and cost me over $1,000. I didn't think I was that much out of touch re price of plumbing. I called in regards to cost and the response of "not charging by the hour" because they wouldn't make any money is one issue I understand but $1,000 seems a bit ridiculous.

Called genuine plumbing over the weekend to help us troubleshoot a water heater problem. Technician was very helpful and walked us through detailed steps to troubleshoot issue. They also let us know that our heater was still in warranty and have to call manufacturer for parts. Got the part today and was able to have Clinton, the technician install it for us. Technician is very professional and helpful. I would certainly recommend Genuine plumbing anytime.
