Came home from vacation on a Saturday and had laundry to do that evening. Washer drain pipe backed up as well as causing backup with bathroom toilet. Called local plumber Rob's Plumbing. He answered our emergency call and was able to respond within an hour. He assessed the situation and began to snake the laundry's plumbing clean out, the laundry standpipe, the bathroom toilet, and also checked sinks and bathtub. Rob also checked and cleaned the main sewer clean out. Ran all the water sources to ensure all pipes were clear. Lastly, he used shop vac and towels to clean bathroom floor. He even offered to do a complete cleaning with bleach for which I declined as that was something we could do once the main damage had been cleaned. Rob provided professional, speedy, and extraordinary service, especially since this was a weekend call after 6:00pm. We will be keeping his number on file for any future needs if any arise. We got Rob to take care of a plumbing issue. getting him out here was a hassle to begin with, half way through the job he had to leave did not return until the next day and did not communicate. read the reviews folks. this guy might and i say might in a big way fix your problems but the issue will return and he will not. terrible communication and left a mess after he was done. He tries to reach out and say i don't remember the job, or tell me more.....do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else.

Rob responded to my text and showed up ontime. He accessed the situation quickly determining our garbage disposal had broken parts. He showed me the broken parts. We chose to have him replace the disposal. The job was done within 15 minutes. Rob guarantees his work. We highly recommend him. Another plumber wanted $169.00 just to reset a button. Go with Rob. You will be happy you did.

Poor communication and left me waiting for an appointment he never showed up for. I should have read the other 1-star reviews before reaching out to Rob in the first place. Lesson learned.

I had an issue with my water heater that a previous technician told me I'd likely have to replace. I gave Rob a call on Saturday afternoon fully excepting he'd squeeze me in the following week. I told him my issue, and he challenged me as to why I wanted to replace it. I was taken aback but explained that it could be a small part in the console that needs replacing. He asked for photos of the valves and console then said he'd arrive in an hour or so. I waited a bit assuming he'd been delayed at another job. He showed up, took a look, replaced the part, and fully fixed the issue in less than an hour! After saving me thousands and quickly fixing the issues he also told me what to look out for as indicators of water leaking and effects on the burner, guaranteed warranty if the part fails after the repair and gave a very fair price. My impression, he is a man of integrity who will be my go-to plumber. Should I ever need to make that pricey replacement, I will entrust it to him.

Honest experienced reliable and extremely affordable. Installed my new bathroom faucet in 20 minutes without having to replace my old tie-ins. A true professional....if you don't call Rob you are probably overpaying!

I apparently had a gas leak & the gas company tech was unable to fix the problem so he advised me to call a 24/7 plumber: I called rob after googling Oxnard plumbers.. he took my call & was able to come to my house that same day, he was honest & compassionate to my circumstances. Rob came to our home late at night after we smelled gas coming from our meter. Gas company came but said to call a 24/7 plumber and we are so glad we found Rob online.
