I had to replace my shower handle and spout. I thought I could do it on my own, but years of corrosion got the best of my patience. I called Rob based on his reviews, and I’m very grateful he was able to get the job done. He was very professional and hard working. He gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to the scope of work that I needed done. I won’t hesitate to call Rob in the future and would highly recommend Rob for any plumbing job you have!

Called Rob to do a small job but he didn't show and I was upset...turns out left his phone at client house with all my info so couldn't even call me...Rob called first thing he got his phone back to explain and came today at noon to do the job and was fast n polite an though I understood about the missed appointment he refused payment!! Rob went to my elderly mother's house after providing an estimate for a water heater that was five hundred dollars cheaper than the other plumber we called. After seeing my mother's situation he installed the water heater for free saving her two thousand dollars. Who does this? Thank you Rob from the bottom of my heart you are a saint

Rob diagnosed my water heater at 7:30PM on a weekday. He came over the next morning with a replacement part from an old machine, installed in 5 minutes and left. Honest guy, extremely responsive, great service. Will only ever call Rob for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Great Service! Very responsive. He had to help me with three plumbing issues, all within a week: a water heater, a disposal, and a washing machine hook-up. He solved all three issues quickly and efficiently, and all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will call again.

We didn't have any hot water in my condo and with a family of 4, we need a solution and fast. I called other plumbers in the area but I was so thankful that Rob was ready to come over on the same day and he knew exactly how to fix the problem. I definitely would call him again.

Rob had good communication, and fixed my issue quickly. Clear that he has had experience, as he was able to tell what the issue was over the phone. He showed what my previous contractor did wrong. So not only did he fix the issue, but he made corrections to prevent my problem from happening again.

Rob is the best, he fixed our double sink drainage issue on the weekend. He was recommended by a coworker of mine and I would never go back. My coworker has used him multiple times and each time he gets the job done quickly and offers easy tips on how we can do monthly maintenance ourselves. 10/10 would recommend to friends.

UPDATE: April 21st and April 22nd, 2025, Rob from Rob's Plumbing once again demonstrated why he is my go-to person for any plumbing emergency. When our master bath Moen shower valve cartridge completely broke off—leaving the shower stuck on—I called Rob around 6:30 PM. Despite the late hour, Rob arrived within the hour and stayed until 10 PM to replace the broken cartridge. His dedication and expertise in resolving our emergency were exceptional, bringing immediate relief to what could have been a prolonged disaster.

Rob returned the next day (today) to install a whole new Moen faucet set, ensuring everything was in perfect working order. As always, his work was of the highest quality, efficient, and professional. What truly sets Rob apart is his integrity and fairness—the pricing was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the amount of work and the urgency of the situation.

This is not my first amazing experience with Rob’s Plumbing. Back in October 2024, Rob delivered top-notch customer service, providing honest estimates, efficient work, and even fixing additional issues at no extra charge. His consistent commitment to customer satisfaction is truly rare.

Rob was incredibly fast and efficient, completing the work promptly and professionally. What impressed me most was his honesty; there were no hidden fees, and the final price was the best among all the estimates I received.

To top it all off, he went above and beyond by fixing my Moen kitchen faucet at no extra charge, he even politely refused an additional bill. I had an issue with my laundry drain, flooding into garage.
I requested a quote for hydro jetting and he offered the best price, most fair price of all other plumbing company's I contacted. He also offered to clean out all other lines for the same price, when other company's said for only 1 drain.
His employee was friendly and honest. He took his time to ensure all lines were clear after testing.
I tipped extra to the employee for his honesty and hard working time, since I had extra money to offer after preparing for other quotes.

Rob came over on a rainy Saturday and fixed a broken shut off valve and installed a new recirculation pump. He did a great job and charged a very fair price. He is a great guy and great plumber. Highly recommend!!

We had the emergency everyone dreads - the “where is it coming from” leak in the ceiling of the garage. Rob’s Plumbing came out quickly after calling and found the source. It was a cracked pipe leading to the kitchen sink. He repaired it quickly allowing us to have a functional kitchen in no time.!He also snaked and unclogged the drain. All for a reasonable price. I've been calling Clint for all my plumbing problems since I bought my house. They are wonderful and so personable and polite and the prices are very reasonable. Most of all they explain everything so you understand what's going on and why and give short and long term options to fix the problem. They're great!

Joey not only changed the part in my kitchen sink quickly and correctly. Clint went ahead and ordered the part that I got through a warranty and didn't ask me to call as the customer.

I highly recommend Genuine Plumbing. If you are a first time home owner like myself and plumbing issues start arising its scary to navigate new waters. I found a "$89 special" from another company that came out and quoted me 46k! No immidiate solution to get things flowing at all. I was stressed out but decided to reach out to Genuine plumbing.
