**Use them at your own risk**. Rude. Incompetent. Lack of attention to detail. Poor quality of work. Overpriced. Refuse to provide the identity of the owners. Insisted on immediate payment (which was paid via CC), and a week has gone by, and despite repeated requests, they have not sent us the receipt. The tenant had the following to say about the crew from Maxx Grip Plumbing--their exact words-- "we didn't like the guys at all. they were kinda rude and we didn't understand them plus they kept slamming the front door. Plus they made us feel uncomfortable." Next stop CA state licensing board and BBB. These guys should not be in business!

I did not chose the plumbing company because it was paid for by American Home Shield. I was pleasantly surprised as upon receiving the water heater it was installed within 2.5 hours.
