Poor service, and when you try and speak with someone with experience they hand you down to someone els..Not my kind of service...I have no knowledge of some plumbing so you have to rely on the more older experience individual. That's just my opinion..

I bought a cheap pop up stopper for my sink at Lowe's for $19. I went to this place I got a super nice metal sink stop for 16 dollors.i think I found my part supply store for now on.they cut the pipe for my sink.very helpfull.thsnk you nate davies

As a customer who has been loyal to Standard Plumbing Supply in Oxnard since it was Harbor Plumbing back in the 90s, I am deeply disappointed by the recent decline in service and overall conditions of the store. Since the retirement of the old management, it's become painfully obvious that the current management is unable to keep even the most basic items in stock, which is unacceptable for a business I rely on to run my own operations.

Furthermore, the lack of product knowledge from staff have only added to the frustration of shopping here. It's disheartening to encounter employees who are unable to provide basic assistance or answer questions about their products.

Additionally, the outside of the store has become a haven for the homeless population and ongoing drug activity, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment for customers. This morning i witnessed a group of people smoking out of a glass pipe as i walked to my vehicle. It's truly unfortunate to see such a once-respected establishment fail on multiple fronts.

As a result of these issues, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame that Standard Plumbing Supply has let their standards slip so drastically. I hope they take immediate action to address these concerns before losing more customers.
