When my dishwasher started showing the system error for the water leaking, I did couple of DIYs and that did not help. Very often it showed the error code, We decided to call the service. When we called the Bosch recommended service companies, they first started with the $110 - $150 for the diagnose alone which may or may not be applied towards the repair. This sounded costly and we got A+ appliance repair via Google. A+ is a Parent service company they subcontracted to Victoria LLC who came for the half price of the others to diagnose and also applied the cost towards the repair cost.
We got the schedule sooner than we expected and also very sooner than other companies. The person came on time and identified the problem in matter of mins, he gave us the estimate which was not a big cost that we were expecting after the discounts were applied. I was told by the person that the part might take max of 7 business days, but may arrive earlier. As he told, The part they ordered arrived in 2 days, I got a call to schedule the repair on the same day they got the part. The same person came and repaired, also cleaned the complete dishwasher, suggested to use the deep wash for the first time. Very Professional and Recommended!!

Warning. I suggest you stay away from this company. They have no idea what they're doing, or they are invested in misdiagnosing, so they can keep booking service calls. I work with lots of vendors and this company has been terrible to deal with. I had a fridge at a tenant's house which has had the same issue for over a year and all their resolves were wrongly diagnosed and included telling tenants not to open fridge too much and taping up the icemaker! That's insanity. I think i deserve a full refund which they have refused. I'm in the process of filing a complaint against A Plus Appliances with the Better Business Bureau .

He checked my washer, gave a diagnosis, solutions, prices and didn't pressure me to make any decisions. Highly recommend A+ Appliance! They're able to accommodate evening appointments for those that work 9-5, with lots of flexibility. They give a time frame & the technician calls/texts 15min before arrival. My technician Nick was able to diagnose the issue quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to order the parts the same day. I got my washer fixed within 1 week from initial contact.

Originally I went with the Bosh brand itself, but it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment, with clueless customer service reps unable to help and long call wait times. After about 1 month, I gave up and found A+ Appliance, and now will use them for all future appliance repair needs!

Ken was really amazing. He came over and helped me out very fast and efficient.
And was not overpriced. I would recommend him to everyone

Robert and Vacho are your go-to guys. They were very communicative, kind, and they solved my problem promptly. They got my fridge repaired completely and I would bring them back no questions asked next time I need help.

From the initial call that I made to set up an appointment, A+ provided a wonderful and seamless experience. They were accommodating to my scheduling needs and kept me informed via text messages. Sam and his team of trainees arrived right on time and could not have been more pleasant, courteous and respectful. They explained in detail what they were doing every step of the way and, after troubleshooting the problem, quickly determined the necessary repair and promptly did what was needed to get my oven and broiler (which had stopped working) back up and running to peak performance. They even taught me how to clean the ignitors! They also kept their work area very clean which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs and maintenance going forward!

Not on time for 3 different calls."fixed" washer on Thursday, same problem on Friday.

We had an issue with our GE washe dryer combo. My fiancée unfortunately got a piece of wood stuck inside of the machine when trying to clean the lint filter and the wood got stuck in between the barrel so the laundry couldn’t move when washing so the machine kept stopping early in the cycle. We called two other places and tried having other people come fix it but no one could and no one had time to actually try. Then I called these guys and they came the next day, brought two guys, and worked on it until it was fixed! Now we can finally do laundry again and it’s a huge relief.

A+ Appliance Repair is fabulous. I called at 8:00 a.m. s/w a lovely lady as to my Thermidor freezer serious problem with door not closing completely. What a mess! I asked to please send a tech out this morning and they complied. Karen arrived around 11:30 a.m. and very knowledgeable. Located the issue ie broken spring, ordered the oem part and will install later this week. I’m most impressed. Paul in Valley Glen, CA

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with A+ Appliance Repair! When my dryer stopped heating and my washer displayed an error code, I called the manufacturer and they referred me to A+. I’m so glad they did—this company truly lives up to its name.

Yuri and Gago were my technicians, and they were absolutely wonderful. It turned out the washer issue was just a simple error on my part, but they never made me feel silly or embarrassed about it. They were kind, respectful, and very professional.

As for the dryer—they had it fixed within five days, which completely blew me away. Watching Yuri and Gago work was honestly incredible. I had no idea what the inside of a dryer even looked like, and seeing them expertly take it apart and troubleshoot the issue was fascinating. It’s like they knew every wire and component by heart. The level of care and skill they brought to the job was just next-level.

Not only are they clearly masters of their craft, but they also made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I felt like I was in great hands from the moment they arrived.

I highly recommend A+ Appliance Repair, and if you’re lucky enough to get Yuri and Gago, you’re in for exceptional service. Five stars all the way!

This company was amazing. Vlad H. came out right away for our dryer not working, and was extremely polite and respectful. Parts were ordered before he left and came in the very next morning. He was able to come out the next day and it took him no time to get our dryer back up and running. I would highly recommend this company as they are very polite, straightforward, and honest which is very rare these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. EDIT: I had a very negative experience initial experience with this company, but they have been working with me to make it a pleasant one.

I was very pleased with how hard they have tried to make up for the initial experience, and they have been very understanding with my frustration. It is rare for a company to take such accountability, and I am happy with the results.

My stove has been fixed and I'm working on getting the oven repaired!

Edit 2: the oven was never fixed. They never called me back, they essentially said they could try to do it but it wouldn't be a guaranteed fix, and the price I was quoted to fix would "hopefully" be honored.

They seemed to only fix the stove after my poor review, and after that they never bothered to try to fix the oven.

The technician had a deep knowledge of how the equipment works and what was wrong with it. Very professional in his communications and had all the necessary tools

The repairman from A+ Appliance Repair quickly determined what was wrong with my washer and installed a pump in just a few minutes. The price was fair and they had the parts with them. I’m very pleased.

Ken did a great job repairing my Refrigerator. He stuck with it until he found a solution at an affordable price. Very happy with the service that I received and would definitely Call a plus again!

Had a microwave repaired - dead fuse and broken switch. Service went great and was very fast. Price was a bit high but I needed it done:)

Artur was especially helpful. He was prompt very knowledgeable and offered great service. He offered me a wonderful deal to repair my refrigerator. Because my refrigerator is over 20 years old, I decided it was time for a new refrigerator. Artur was more than accommodating and helpful. He is an excellent representative of your company. If I have any other needs for appliance repair, I will think of A+ Appliance and Maintenance.

Artur was incredible! First of all he was incredibly punctual and texted ahead to let me know his eta. He immediately understood the issue and quoted me a very reasonable price. Our laundry is tucked under stairs and truly in an awful location. I rarely stay in there to fold laundry, let alone try to fix the dryer!! Artur said he would move everything if needed, but it was fine and told me when he would be back in the afternoon to fix it—which worked perfectly for me. Again—he was great about texting me his eta, and was right on time. Artur was incredibly efficient and the dryer (which came with the rental) sounds and I’m sure works better than ever. A great guy, and definitely recommend.

Dimitri and Anthony were awesome! They were on time, professional, and were able to explain what needed to be done to fix my refrigerator. They were able to secure the part I needed quickly, and came back the next day exactly as they said they would. The work was done quickly, and they took the time to show me what the issue was and what they were replacing. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors who need work done!

Overall great experience. I’ve used A+ a couple times and the technicians are always professional and get right to the point. They explain what’s wrong and they can generally fix the issue within the same day. Will be calling them again if I have future issues.
