This place has an extremely rude woman, named Janice, who takes calls. I called and asked if they can work on an appliance, and she asked what my zip code was. I told her my zip code, which is for Sierra Madre, which is literally right next door to Pasadena, and she told me she did not have any available technicians. I asked if that meant no available technicians for today, or for that area. She said for that area. I said it's very weird they don't service a city that is literally adjacent to Pasadena, and she got extremely rude and condescending with me. I tried to explain to her and get clarification, and she hung up the phone with me. So I guess if you live within the city limits of Pasadena, they will work with you. But if you are one foot outside, then you are on your own.

My old Speed Queen dryer was taking too long to dry. A previous company was not able to find the issue. A+ Appliance came out and found the problem and made the repairs. They were straight forward about when they would arrive and got the job done.

I set appointment for a technician to come to my home. No show. No call. Nothing! I had to cancel all my appointments for this set date and time. Unexceptional & unprofessional. I will share my experience on all social media outlets... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

My oven glass broke before Christmas. They came an gave an estimate and it was repaired before New Year’s Eve. They responded so quickly to all my emails. The repairman was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

A+ Repair delivered A+ service. Our technician diagnosed the problem right away and had the right spare part to repair our washer. Quick and easy, well worth it!

Called made appointment with friendly staff. Told me it would be two days and that Technician (Repair person) will be there 1 to 3 and would call. Received text just before 1 said on way approximate 50 minutes out. Showed up on time explained $75 diagnose fee and if repair was done $75 would be credited back. Repair done and working made sure everything was cleaned. Vitaly was kind and professional.

Bosch oven not heating. Technician came out inspected and gave me an estimate, ordered part and within four days he returned and repaired oven. Professional, on time, and very courteous. Highly recommend! Tenz Z was my technician.

A+ was very responsive, contacting me right after I submitted a request and provided status updates leading to the repair time.
Samat was fantastic. He quickly found and repaired a broken component in our freezer that was restricting air flow into the refrigerator. I will absolutely be using them for any future appliance repair needs.

Vitaly did a great job. He spotted the problem quickly. He told me what went wrong and showed my how to correct it. He also showed me how to avoid future problems.
His skills were exceptional. He is reasonably priced.
Most importantly he is honest.
I highly recommend A+ and Vitaly.

Amazing to get response time to request for service in under 10 min… was available next day and we called in evening. Attentive, great communication before during and after. Had to order parts, no pressure to do repairs, and parts came faster than expected and repair done well… Definitely will refer to Vitaly if others inquire

I called them after my refrigerator stopped working. They provided me an appointment the same day and the cost for diagnostics was very reasonable. Maintained top tier communication throughout the entire process. Arrived on time and promptly render services upon arrival.

Vitaly was great! He spent time really figuring out what the issue was, explained it to me so I knew what it was and taught me how to remove the washer front so I could clean the unit too. He was a great communicator, cleaned up the area, and was extremely polite. I’m very satisfied with his service and repair work.

$450 for one hour of labor & $100 for freon. Outrageous. $79 just to come out to do a diagnosis. It took 3-4 weeks to get my $79 refund & invoice.

Service person showed up late, didn't communicate well (he admitted he didn't speak English well), forgot to deduct the $79 deposit and said he couldn't redo the invoice, which required me to make several calls to get my $79 back.

It was way too expensive and very poor service. I will never use this company again!

A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance was very quick to respond to my inquiry, sent clear updates while on their way and arrived within the scheduled time window.

Sam was very easy to work with, he was able open up the inner workings of our dishwasher and quickly diagnose the problem. In our case it will make more financial sense to get a new dishwasher rather than repair the aging one, and I appreciate that Sam understood that and didn't pressure us for any additional work. His inspection will ultimately save us from wasting money on further repairs.

I appreciate that he also was willing to take some extra time and look at our refrigerator and other appliances as part of the same visit fee. We feel in over our heads as first-time house renters, yet this experience working with A+ and Sam was stress-free.

My freezer wasn’t working correctly. The woman answering the phone was friendly and helpful, and made an appointment for me the same day. Vitaly came out, and he spent time figuring out what was wrong with the freezer. He also patiently explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the problem with the freezer wasn’t a small one, it needed a new compressor. He told me that it would be very expensive to fix, and suggested it made more sense to get a new refrigerator. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely use A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance again, because their pricing is reasonable, and you can trust them to be honest.

I am not one to write bad reviews but I feel I have to in order to protect other consumers. I called for a Thermador refrigerator that was not cooling. Sam came out to diagnose and told me inverter needed replacing. Quoted $739 for part, $250 for install kit, $675 for labor. Total was $1,723. Seemed crazy expensive but I was in a bind so I gave them deposit to order part. After he left I had a bad feeling and called a couple competitors. Bottom line is a reputable dealer came the next day with the same part and completed the repair. It was $270 for the inverter and $195 for labor, The total was $490. I called A+ but they refused to refund the total, lots of excuses etc. They tried to pull a fast one but fortunately there are other reputable companies out there. Steer Clear!!

Follow up to my previous review.......I called again this morning and spoke with Alina. She apologized for my prior experience and explained that the agent that answered my call was new and did not know that my previous rate could be honored. We went on to schedule the service I need for this week. So glad that I called back!

I'm confused....about a week and a half ago I contacted A+ Appliance to schedule repair for my refrigerator. It went so well that I scheduled service for a commercial double oven. Again, great service. I just called because my ice machine is having issues. The service call for my refrigerator was $75, total service/repair for the double oven was just under $600. However, I was just quoted $129 for a service call on my ice maker. Two weeks prior I was quoted $50 for the ice maker. This is so unfortunate. How does a service call triple in a couple of weeks!!
