Easy and Effective Service! Robert came to check on the ice maker and he concluded that it needed to be replaced. We agreed to order the parts and within 4 days he called to schedule the installation. I was a little inpatient because I thought that when I would get home I would have ice.. well, for some reason it takes 12-24 hours for that to happen. Just a little miscommunication but overall I am completely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this business.

The Technician came right on time and was communicative on the arrival. Robert was very thorough on the repair on my wine fridge and even double checked to make sure the compressor wasn't the problem. He expertly installed the panel I had ordered from the company and it's working like new. Very Friendly folks on the phone and overall very efficient.

Robert was very polite and professional, explained his findings and although it seems that I had already managed to clear the blockage in my dishwasher drain system by removing all the hoses back flushing the hose from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher, he asked if I wanted him to reassemble it. He told me the charge and I agreed. It was well worth the additional money because that way I knew it would be hooked up correctly and could be assured that the unit worked properly.

They ordered the part I needed. When I picked it up, they were courteous and quick. They checked the part I ordered to make sure it was not damaged as it was glass. Very professional.

Called at 9 am today (now 4:45) said someone would b in touch today, no call. We called them at 4:35 pm and were told someone MAY b here 6:30-7 pm. DONE!! Rude receptionist! Said no one else would be able to work on/fix our issue. Really!!

Gives wisdom advise. Showed compassion. If you come here do not just order a part, let the technician actually come out and look at the problem. Parts are non refundable.

I have had the services from them before for an ice maker that went out, a washing machine that went out and a dryer today that the timer went bad in. Every time the service is wonderful. They get my appliances repaired and looked at asap. The price is reasonable to get an estimate. The guy is very knowledgable and friendly.

I understand being busy, but in the case you can’t make an appointment the professional thing to do is to call the customer and make them aware that you’re not going to be there and ask to reschedule. Leaving me hanging all day, unable to leave the house because I don’t want to miss the tech when he arrives, only to find out they can’t even be sure he’ll get here at all today, is frustrating to say the least. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

It's really hard to find someone you can trust these days to fix your appliances. But I no longer have to worry anymore. This company does a great job and they charge reasonable fees. I highly recommend them!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would gladly do so. This is the most unprofessional business I have EVER experienced. Jason never follows through with anything!! I will never do business with them again. I have called repeatedly with no avail. My oven has been broken since May 4th..it is July 27th. He actually brought my part back without getting it fixed. After that, he claimed he was overnighting the part back..this was in June. I have called repeatedly since June and was told he would be by early the next week (that was last week). Today, I call...he is out of town for the week. It must be nice to go on vacation..not sure what he is vacationing from considering I don’t think he actually works. Livid is not a proper word for how angry I am at this moment.

We called this company several times asking for an estimate on a used refrigerator that we had just purchased and had accidentally punctured the freon line while moving. We made it very clear all we wanted was an estimate since we had already dropped $$$$ into it. They insisted that they couldnt give an estimate without seeing the refrigerator so he drops by on his way home spends 5 mins says it's going to probably be another 250 and leaves says call him if we want him to fix. We decided to just get s new one let them know no problem. We then get a bill for 90 for a service call for this guy to do NOTHING .
