Ben re-wired our entire house that was old knob and tube. Ben and his apprentice Coco were very professional, respectful of our needs, and we’re honest with us from the beginning. Ben Martin and his assistant Coco perform excellent work at a fair rate. They were true professionals in rewiring our home during a major remodel -- knowledgeable, reliable and they took great care in their work. Ben has a great artistic eye and was able to provide excellent design consultation regarding the kind of lighting to use and placement of lights in our newly vaulted ceilings. They were also knowledgeable with our options for trimming out lights and provided quality contacts for finding the fixtures we wanted to modernize the house. When we had questions about appliances in moving to an all electric house, they were very patient and responsive. We also appreciated their flexibility with changes that occurred in the project and they responded quickly when their input and work were needed. We really enjoyed working with Martin Electric -- they will continue to be our trusted electricians for the foreseeable future.

Ben, the owner of Martin Electric arrived on schedule after I requested a free estimate. Upon my acceptance, he promptly scheduled an installation. He brought all of his tools and supplies needed for the install. When the install was completed, he packed up his tools and cleaned the area.

Our company used Martin Electric to correct a fire department violation.
Ben Martin is very knowledgeable and he assisted in determining what exactly was needed to satisfy the violation. He priced the work fairly and performed the work in a professional, communicative and courteous fashion. He showed up and worked in stormy weather. Martin Electric was successful in fulfilling the FD requirements 1st try.

Ben and team has done multiple electrical and plumbing jobs for us at our home (and outside) in Mill Valley. Always very high quality work. We especially appreciated his creative designing some of the pipe systems / plumbing for us to save money last summer. As copper is very expensive these days. He made it fit in and hidden. It’s really good at coming up with options. Work was done on schedule - which was very useful so that our water is not turned off for too long.

Ben did excellent work replacing the main electrical panel and subpanel in our home, and also managing all of the permits, inspections, and PG&E coordination. He has also helped out with some troublesome switch and wiring issues around the house and we would hire him again without hesitation. Professional, organized, and easy to work with.

Ben ran wire and installed a mini split system with heat pump in our home. System provided much needed heat and A/C in our house. Ben well organized does very neat and clean work. I will be hiring him again.

When looking to replace my furnace, Richard, the owner of Castle Heating reached out to me with a clear offer to help. They came promptly and measured the house to be sure the correct furnace they quoted on would be the best. He offered sound advice on which brand was the best choice for me. In all our interactions, I was super-impressed with the professionalism and good customer care they provided. I ended up going with another company simply because of scheduling, but would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Castle Heating & Air. Get a quote! They were super competitive.

Richard and his crew did a great job. They did a good job explaing the pros and cons of the system and were very prompt in getting back to me.

I am so glad I found Castle Heating!! We were having aircon issues, got a quote from a big company in the area, who told us we had to replace our entire system and tried to get us to book the following week. Richard came out after, looked at the system and told us the system is fine, could replace one part and to keep running it. He was so honest and helpful - I couldn't believe another company tried to sell us a 30k new system and he came out and found one small part we could replace.

I would not go with anyone else but him. Saved us and I can't thank him more!!
