Chris Ostrom as technician for Ongaro and Sins was completely through , professional and provided great customer with my furnace tuneup. It was so impressive to see the visual pics on the tablet effecting performance status of my furnace. He shared in detail the cleaning/adjustments of my furnace. Highly recommend this technician. Ongaro & Sons sent Alex to our rescue. The staff in coordinating the appt was just so wonderful in helping us during a stressful time where our hot water tank pipes blew that left us with no hot water and heat and Ongaro stepped into to schedule our repairs as quickly as possible.

As with all the services I have had done through Ongaro and Sons, I was extremely satisfied with the work Chris did servicing my furnace, adding insulation as well as installing a smart thermostat. He knows his stuff and on top of that is extremely personable.

Today I was scheduled for the annual maintenance for my heating system. Chris, the maintenance tech arrived right on time.
He performed a thorough check of the system. Chris was very nice and knowledgeable and even advised me to open some of my vents to at least 20% for better air flow.
Also to save a few extra bucks he helped me get on the monthly payment plan instead of paying once a year for my HVAC system that requires two visits per year.

A technician came out this afternoon to do a routine maintenance of my furnace. What a great experience! Lake Romelli was such a delight; he was knowledgeable, respectful and a great communicator. I really appreciated his explanations. I hope he is still with the company next year.

Ongaro replaced my furnace and air conditioner, both located in challenging, difficult to access places. All Ongaro personnel who worked on this project did a great job and were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

Nicholas Nielsen proposed a HVAC system that I'm confident will comfortably heat & cool my home. With his expertise and problem-solving skills he was able to identify HVAC components that work with my space limitations, and come up with a solution which allowed the new AC to be sited in the preferred location. Nicholas thoroughly and patiently answered my many questions.

The HVAC installation team was led by Dylan B., and included Thomas D., Joey, and Adam. They arrived on time and were a well-organized, efficient team. They kept me informed about their progress and worked in very difficult conditions without complaining. Before leaving they verified that the new HVAC system was working correctly, and they left the job site clean.

Reid MacDonald, the plumber from Ongaro and Sons, did a really excellent job repairing the plumbing in our bathroom. He met the challenge of our old pipes and saved the day. He made good suggestions on how the repairs to our shower head and bathtub fixtures should be configured. He understood the difficulties of having to work with pipes in a slab. His repair was very well done. He was extremely nice and had a calm and pleasant work style.

We had a great experience with Ongaro & Sons when they replaced our heater ducts due to rodent damage. They were very patience and thorough in walking us through the options. The project manager and all of the workers did a wonderful job and they fit us in quickly. Everyone we dealt with was excellent.

I contacted Ongaro & Sons due to old leaking drain and sewer pipes in need of replacing. I've used them before for installation of an HVAC system. I made an appointment and a service representative (Abel Manzanares Lagunas) arrived on a Tuesday to assess the issues. He was very professional and took his time to explain what the entire replacement process would entail as well as the cost. He was able to schedule a work crew for the following day. The crew led by Reid MacDonald and assisted by Antonio Ramos Duran arrived when scheduled and confirmed the work for the day. I have to say both were polite and professional as well. All replacement equipment was brought to the site as promised and the work of replacing basically all my 80 year old piping was completed in one afternoon. Reid explained all the repairs they had done, made sure everything was working as it should and that the job site was left clean prior to leaving. It was so nice to have a company that truly cares about heir customers. I would highly recommend Ongaro & Sons for all your heating and plumbing needs.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Ongaro in getting our new furnace installed.
The initial visit was from Brandon who did a very thorough inspection of the old furnace, then Nick came to give us an estimate and explained the new system needed for our house.
Installers were Dominic, Tyler and Ethan who did a great job and were pleasant and easy to work with.

Joshua V. is the most professional and skilled technician I have ever had at my house. I will request him every time I need repair work. Ongaro & Sons are not the least expensive, but they are the best. Take this review from a guy who previously owned an HVAC company!

Your team just left after installing our new forced air furnace and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work!! A couple of weeks ago they also installed a new water heater and we enjoyed the same service then! The estimators walked us through what was needed and what it was going to cost. Nico was professional, engaging, and efficient. He answered all our questions completely and patiently, including some awesome drawings to illustrate our problem. He took time to explain his diagnosis for our plumbing problems, and gave us several options, while also fixing the immediate problem. He gave us 5 star service and highly recommend him. I just had one of the best customer experiences ever. Alex provided detailed explanation of our heating system, what he was looking for and where there were concerns. When I told him I had failed to set up my Nest thermostat, he jumped in to help and got it done in minutes— which would have literally taken me hours. He clearly laid out follow up steps. I plan to do more business with Ongaro.

I used Ongaro & Son’s when I moved into a house with a 25 year old HVAC with a cracked heater core. They started immediately, because it was hazardous to my family’s health. A team of very professional young men installed a new HVAC system for me in a few hours! They did a fantastic job. It looks great and works great. They replaced everything and it has a 10 year warranty too. I couldn’t be any happier with Ongaro and Son’s. This old house needs all new electrical, so I will use them for that too.
