Ongaro is amazing! We had a lot of damage due to the recent King Tides that ruined all of our duct work. They were quick to come out and assess the damage and gave us a reasonable quote. They are family owned and everyone we came in contact with, were extremely nice and professional. We have been customers for many years and would highly recommend them!

Chris was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable! He solved our immediate problem - installation of new Google NEST v 4.0 thermostats - and warned us of another impending problem with our furnace. Great service!

I had a smart electrical panel upgrade, electric water heater installed, and an induction stove - converted to all electric. Ongaro & Sons was very professional from estimate to final clean up. I found their plumbing estimate to be better organized and lower cost than another of our big local firms. The work was scheduled quickly and was done with minimal disruption. Two of the workers stood out to me - Zach for the plumbing work and Ben for connecting my new stove. Both went above and beyond, explained everything fully, helped with small add-on items that arose and left the place clean. Very happy with my experience.

Although your price for the particular services seemed excessive to me, I hired your company because I have found your work to be superior in the past. Your technicians are special! Both Jeffery and Omar were polite, friendly and professional.
It appears that the work they did was done well. I particularly appreciated the way Omar explained everything as he proceeded, putting me at ease. He is a very fine young man and an excellent worker.

I had my furnace replaced due to the recent January flooding. The crew was professional, informative, personable and excellent from the initial consultation through completion. They problem solved a couple of tricky conditions during the replacement and I appreciated them thinking on their feet. Big thumbs up to all.

We had a great experience with Ongaro & Sons! After meeting with representatives from five different companies, we decided to go with Ongaro & Sons and never regretted it. They removed our old furnace and air conditioning and installed a new heat pump system, which is working very well. Pricing was reasonable and competitive. Service was excellent.
