I can’t believe how personable, thorough, and professional these guys were when they came in. They worked wonders with a difficult installation, and the end result was pure magic. They even came by personally a few days later, just to check to make sure I was fine. Who does that anymore? I found these guys through a chain on Nextdoor, where everyone was recommending them highly and now I know why. Their price was competitive and reasonable. And honest quote with no hidden fees. I’ve had 9 different vendors come in and I went with these guys not just because of the price but the workmanship. If you’re in the market for a new A/C these are your fellas. Keep up the good work!

Grupé HVAC is the best company I've ever dealt with. They came out to our house on a Saturday evening in the winter when our furnace was on its last legs, and managed to get it limping along until they could replace it a short while later. They also installed our AC unit. I get annual inspection for both the furnace and AC unit, and Grupé are reliable, thorough, and professional. THEY ARE THE BEST. I wish other companies shared Grupé's attitude and business professionalism.

Had a really great experience with Grupe HVAC replacing my AC and furnace units. They were very kind and polite. They worked very hard and provided excellent service. They communicated clear with when they would be arriving and what was going on. I will recommend to all my friends and neighbors. Before hiring, I got quotes from another very well known company and their price was literally double from what Grupe was going to charge. Thank you Grupe HVAC!

These guys were great. Zack was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Turns out the problem was a thermostat I recently replaced and landed one wire incorrectly. Zack showed us the issue and didn't try to upsell us snake oil. Very honest and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

Zach and Jamie are terrific! Knowledgeable, responsive, good problem solvers. Did not oversell on the equipment we needed for AC install. Good solutions to various quirks of an older house. Cost was very fair.
