I requested a quote last week and was notified that they do not serve the tri valley. Turned out to be a waste of time.

The company is shady in business practices. The business does not have a genuine phone number you can reach customer care but a number you stay on hold for about and hour and no customer service reps ever answer the call.

Western Heating and Cooling's technician performed an evaluation of my HVAC system performance today including the unit itself, the main air return and the temperature output of floor ducts both near and far from the HVAC unit. I greatly appreciated his time spent answering questions and in general leaving me confident that the HVAC unit will last well into the future. I highly recommend Western Heating and Cooling to anyone having all HVAC purchase or servicing needs.
