During the past 8+ years, Mr. Electric continues to provide courteous and fast service. The quality of their work is always outstanding.

Mr. Electric is always professional and provides great electric services. They have upgraded many of our lights to led. They recently installed a led ceiling fan in our home.

My service provider was dedicated to solving my electrical problem. He didn’t give up until the problem was fixed and everything was working.

Recently, I required the services of Mr. Electric for a minor electrical issue. To my surprise, an easy flip of a breaker was all that was needed. I was surprised by the high cost of the service call of $345 was not adjusted. While the technician was very professional and resolved the problem efficiently, the lack of an adjusted service fee by the company left me feeling disappointed.

In today’s market, where excellence and customer satisfaction should be paramount, it’s disheartening to see a focus on profit overshadowing the quality of service. A company’s reputation is built on trust and fairness, and I believe Mr. Electric missed an opportunity to demonstrate these values.

I hope that in the future, Mr. Electric will consider a pricing model that reflects the complexity of the work performed, ensuring that customers like myself feel valued and fairly treated.

I have used this company before so I am familiar with them, called again when we experienced lights blinking, lamps, refrigerator. We have a mobile home so only one side was affected. Oleg came out within a day or two and fixed the circuit panel on the left, he did note that both panels were old and not per code. We discussed this and decided to upgrade. A week later Oleg and Kevin came out to do the work. Took about 6/7 hours and I'll tell you these two were very organized and work quickly, cleaned up after themselves! We are still waiting for the inspection, will be scheduled by Victor who by the way has been very patient and informative. We are so grateful to this company, many other companies we have worked with are reluctant when it comes to mobile homes, these are not structured like a residential home and require some specialized care & experience. We like the idea this company is close by and we have been scheduled quickly. Thank you Victor, Oleg & Kevin for being professional and kind! Kathy & Bob

Service was phenomenal. I needed a replacement outlet and now I have an up to date one. Side note, I wish there was a payment plan for install of EV chargers at home though. The price is pretty steep and SMUD no longer offers incentives. Overall I’m satisfied but will have to seek out other options for my EV install issue. I know another company won’t provide the same service though.

We needed an exhaust fan replaced in one of our bathrooms. Work was done on time and professionally

They have a 15ft ladder (reaching up to 20+ ft) to fix ligght on a high ceiling. I needed help urgently and they did it in 1hr after I asked their help. I had hard time to find someone having a tall ladder. Mr. Electric can do jobs at high ceiling fast and safely. I feel so grateful to Mr. Electric (Victor was super nice to help me out for an urgent matter).

I've had Mr. Electric of Rancho come to my home to provide a few different electrical services. They have never tried to upsell us on anything. They always provide good services. I would 100% recommend them.
