Prompt, professional, informed, and helpful. Clear on their part of service and explained my part in the process. I had been procrastinating this project. Had I known it would go this well, I would had done it sooner.

I have coverage thru SMUD. SMUD covers up to $500. A year. This is the second time using Mr. Electric. Both call outs were fast, prompt, courteous & resolved my power outage. Both times required new plugs, 1 w/a GFI. I will calls these guys for all my electrical needs!

This is the company that will fix residential electrical problems when you have the SMUD insurance plan. The technician arrived promptly and replaced a breaker and light switch as covered repairs. No out of pocket costs to me. These repairs covered at least 4 years of the monthly $7.50 premium. I'm glad I had their insurance!

I placed a call to SMUD to get help on a problem I thought I was having with my electric panel box out-side my home. The SMUD support person recommended Mr. Electric and gave me a number to call. I called and the service person showed up on time and took time to figure out it was my Porch Light causing the problem. The Service Person replaced the Light Fixture with a new one and Problems Solved. I'm a happy customer.

Kevin the technician with Mr. Electric showed up on time and diagnosed the issue right away. Took the time to explain to me what happen and how he was going to fix it. He changed and required the GFI that had been incorrectly by someone else. Everything was fixed and have had no issues. We have SMUD in home repair service and they apparently contract Mr. electric which is smart on SMUDs part because they are excellent.

We were contacted within a few days of our request and both times they came out the next day. The work was completed quickly and correctly. Both service providers were friendly and full of helpful advise. Thank you.

I had my dimmer switch replaced. When the tech heard that it had sparked when we turn the light on, he expedited mt appointment. My switch was replaced with a beautiful updated one. The electrician that came was wonderful!

Mr. Electric electricians, especially Jack, worked on the electrical problems at my mom-in-laws house several times this past summer to address issues related to a partial home power outage. Eventually, they resolved all electrical problems by replacing a subpanel, which involved a second electrician, Ollie. In all cases, Mr. Electric electricians performed their services in an efficient, friendly, and informative manner. They were clear about the work that needed to be done and why, what the options were, and what costs would be involved. The installation of the new subpanel was performed in a team manner (e.g., both Jack and Ollie were very willing to explain the stages of their project at various points during this half-day job) and they at last solved all electrical problems with the house. This allowed me to then deal with minor electrical projects such as the installation of a few light fixtures. My experiences were such that I would readily call on Mr. Electric again to service any residential electrical issues.

Be very cautious with this company. They only have 2 certified electricians working and the rest are not certified to work on electrical in california under the department of industrial regulations standards. very dangerous to the homeowner. do your research before trusting gubrud with your home electrical service needs.

Only done the initial consultation. Price is fair. Benny explained everything. Very nice & easy to understand.

Gubruds was easy to reach a person to speak with. Within a couple of days I had a service provider at my address activating our solar photovoltaic system. He was extrodinar in his knowledge and was able to activate, set me-up on an online monitoring app, and if it ever has issues in the future both myself and gudruds are notified by the system.
I was very impressed and happy with the professionalism and the candor of our service provider and everybody affiliated with Gubruds. I highly recommend their services.

I had Marco out today to diagnose a bathroom fan and add a breaker to the panel. He was absolutely stellar. Gave perfect notice and even showed up ahead of my scheduled time. He was very clear and considerate on what needed to be done and executed it flawlessly and expeditiously. He was also extremely courteous and hilarious. Every time I get out of my depth on remodeling my house, these guys are my first call. Their prices are reasonable for the area, and, in my opinion, you get what you pay for with these guys. No matter who they send out, they’re professional and knowledgeable and get the job done in a timely manner. Honestly, they’re the only contractor I’ve paid where I feel like I get my moneys worth. Highly recommend. I recommend them to everyone I know here.
