I have had several opportunities to use Mr Electric as they are the company used by SMUD electrical insurance program. Each contact has been outstanding! They respond very quickly and provide expert electricians. Oleg has completed my last 2 service calls which included replacing a light fixture and most recently he replaced an outlet. I highly recommend this company.

We pay SMUD an extra 7.50 monthly for electrical problems that may occur in our home well worth the additional cost in my opinion

Had a new outdoor bracket put in and it works great. Technician was very efficient and professional.

Well I have a Motion sensor light they have to start coming on and staying on for a couple of days even it would be on. Mr. Electric came out cleaned the lens adjusted something on the light. It actually hasn’t been on since. He checked it before he left to make sure it came on and went off, when it was supposed to within a minute. And I just don’t go back there at night and nothing hasn’t triggered it.. If it has, I haven’t been here to see it. I’m very happy because that cuts down on my electric bill.

Smud uses them as the company tied to the HomePower program. I’ve used HomePower and it’s worth the money. But only because Mr. Electric is great at providing service! Techs are always friendly and on time, providing a bunch of information. Even the office staff is friendly and helpful when calling. I highly recommend!

By far, my favorite small business to call for electrical jobs. William texts before he arrives, is on time, explains the situation and options for the repair. So many times the problem was smaller (less expensive ) than what I expected.

Came at time scheduled; helped me pick out light that would work best and then came back and installed new light…..

Great program thru smud nothing major but had some electrical outlets not working

Did a great job. Had some electrical issues and the guy came in and figured out the problem in just a few minutes. Had it fixed a couple minutes later. It was something simple but the fact he found and fixed the problem so fast was impressive. After that, he even took a few more minutes to fix a separate issue we had that I brought up. Very nice and good service. Would have no problem using them again.

Showed up on time. He was fast efficient friendly. Would easy recommend to anyone who has any electric needs

The can light was shorting out, not working. Called for service had a return call and was scheduled for service within 2 days. Electrician was on time, professional and friendly. Explained the problem and quickly resolved the issue.

Converted neon kitchen lighting to energy efficient LED lighting with adjustable lighting. Lighting is more economical and definitely quieter without the neon buzz sound

We have used Mr. Electric several times before. The electrician was punctual, thorough, and informative. Work was completed very efficiently.

Was nice and polite, but to fix my needs were very expensive. Tech was professional and replaced one breaker. Did not pay anything, because I have a monthly fee with Smud and it was covered.

Gave us a great price, punctual, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, excellent clean up. Oleg did a great job.

I have home warranty and Mr. Electric was sent out. He inspected the sensor, purchased the part and repaired the wiring and was done within 45 minutes. Job well done. My warranty covered all cost.
