These gentlemen are very serious about their business and ensuring your experience is the ultimate. I reached out to them on Friday regarding an issue of my smoke detectors cycling through at the wee hours of the morning and randomly beeping. This would happen every 72 hours. It would awaken my family and we have to get up at 5:30 AM so when smoke detectors randomly cycle through and beep, it causes a serious disturbance, especially when it takes the whole cycle approximately 2 1/2 hours to finish. I reached out to this company on Friday evening and explained our situation. They were booked up that day and of course I did reach out close to the end of the day. However, we scheduled an appointment for an evaluation, assessment and repair.
When they showed up, it seemed as if I had already known them. Their professionalism, work ethic, and Customer Care is unmatched in that field, especially. They immediately took an assessment of every smoke detector and the wiring associated. Like clockwork, they went in and took care of the issue and even provided education over new units as well as what to do expect if we experienced an issue. We will definitely be using this company for all of our electrical servicing needs in the future. Thank you both! If I could give you a 10, I would.

Donald and his team installed three new outlets and replaced the exhaust fan for our bathroom remodel. Their work was excellent and they completed the work according to our schedule - once coming at 6:30 am. After the work was completed, when we called with a concern, Donald came back out and identified and fixed an issue left by another contractor at no additional cost. I highly recommend Donald and his team.

We had Rios & Burke in today to do a full panel replacement from 100 amp to 200 amp, and they came and completed everything in excellent timing and with professionalism , he took His time to walk us threw everything and was very informative. I would 100% with certainty recommend this company to anyone with any issues or even just looking to make some upgrades to your home.

I hired him for a job because my landlord is super busy got him into contact with my landlord, and then when I asked a simple question about the work, he proceeded to be very rude to me and explained to me that he didn’t have to explain anything to me because I wasn’t the owner When I’m the one who leases the building. Then proceeded to say that he was doing me a favor when there was no favor he was getting paid for his job. Wayne just simply doesn’t know how to conduct business properly.
