Rios and Burke are great! They helped me out of a terrible jam when a contractor subbed out my electrical to a terrible electrician. They rewired my ADU as well as made sure my main panel was in good shape. I then hired them to do some more work and they were efficient and professional. Thank you Tyler for being so caring with both jobs!

Tyler and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. And in demand because they are so good. They are always responsive and in the event that they have other jobs ahead of you (assuming it's not an emergency), they are worth the wait to schedule with them. Done right the first time. I've had them so simple requiring projects up to building a guest house and upgrading a panel. I can't say enough good things about them.

DR Electric is an excellent electrical contractor.
DR handled the complete replacement/upgrade to higher amperage of the electrical panel for the whole property with competence and high work quality. He plans the project well in advance, schedules needed inspections and approvals, performs the work as scheduled and results speak for themselves. Moreover, he communicates with the customer effectively by explaining the different options with their pros and cons. It is a pleasure to work with him and his services are highly recommended to anybody requiring electrical repairs, upgrades, or new system.

We have used Rios And Burke (Burke both times as they changed partnership) twice now. First time was running 220 for a new stove. The second time for installation of chandelier type fixtures. They have shown up on time and have done really fine work. They are very mindful of moving about our home and left the house clean when they were done.

We are already scheduled to have them back to install new lighting in our kitchen and master bedroom. Would not consider going elsewhere

I found this company thru SMUD website. Don, the electrician, was very quick in responding quote and questions and also easy to communicate. I wanted to install EV charger with SMUD rebates. It went well. Work took less than three hours plus city inspection. Overall I would recommend this company for EV charger installation.

Reached out to Rios & Burke Electric per SMUD's list of approved electricians for getting an EV Charger installed for the home. Working with Donald Rios has been amazing, from an immediate estimation quote for the EV (so reasonable!!!) to an ad hoc electric fix for our old hardwired dishwasher and advice on how to get the garbage disposal working again! Pure gold advice and work.

The EV charger install happened sooner than expected from a cancellation and having received the city's permit. The install was exactly what I had hoped for. R&BE has taken care of all the paperwork to get the SMUD rebates which is greatly appreciated.

We are doing a bathroom remodel and had some difficulty with some wiring and didn't want to take the chance of an electrical fire. We called Donald and he worked us in to his busy schedule and was able to troubleshoot it for us. We luckily saved his # from work he had done 6 or 7 years prior, which was a fairly large job including running electrical to three sheds, and numerous other projects. He's super professional and trustworthy and we are so thankful for his quick response.

Rios and Burke were great all around! I pursued three quotes and they were not the lowest price, but they were very responsive, thorough, professional and reliable. If they stated a plan or schedule, they kept it to the plan. Even if random questions come up, they respond and don’t make you feel bad for being curious or being thorough of your understanding of the process or layout of this big endeavor. We were first time homebuyers and we had full confidence in their knowledge of the laws and codes, but in also their ability to diagnose and problem solve issues with old homes. I would absolutely recommend them (and in fact have to a close friend) and have already hired them for another job and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a trustworthy electrician in the future.
