Rene is very professional and provides the excellent customer service 👍👍👍👍👍. Especially now COVID-19 Pandemic, Rene spent over 3 hrs to paint all the pipes today. I am greatly appreciated for his helps, all details explanation of my PG&E bill and Sunpower APP.

I recently instilled Rooftop Photovoltaics (PV) system by Superior Solar company. I had a great experience with project team, and installation team. they are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The project completed as plan, on time, with no issues or problem. The project team leading by Rene and Oscar did excellent job with great quality work. From initial meeting with Oscar, he did a great job by sending me all the technical specifications on all equipment for my review.
I will definitely recommend Superior Solar Company to everyone who's thinking to install PV system.

Our experience with Superior Solar was positive from beginning to the end. Even though the county held us up for 6 months to get a permit (we went with a ground installation) Rene stayed on top of them and kept in contact with us the entire time. When the permit was approved, Rene scheduled the crew immediately even though it meant working on a weekend. The salesman,Rene, to our surprise, was on site digging trenches and moving stepping stones so the men could start right away. The crew was knowledgeable, professional,kept a clean jobsite, and respected our property. They were delightful to work with. Rene has been following up with us to make sure PG&E is crediting us properly and answering any questions we have.
We have no regrets in going with Superior Solar and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Renee and the installers did an excellent job with installing my additional solar panels. They were professional and really cared about making sure I was satisfied. Renee even came back the following day to finish up, even though it was supposed to rain. Some of the tiles were cracked and they replaced them without even asking. They truly set the standard for excellence and customer service.

I cannot commend Superior Solar enough. Rene exceeded our expectations and eased all of our uneasiness we had with going solar. He was responsive to all of my questions in an incredibly timely-manner. We received consults from other companies and never met face-to-face with anyone and was told it could take 6 months to go-live. We recently had solar and a battery installed by Rene and his team. We interviewed several install companies and were impressed with Rene's knowledge, honesty and professionalism. He came out to our house prior to us signing a contract, to view the roof, check our electrical panel, etc. and to make sure our quote was accurate- which we really appreciated. Our house did have some challenges with the electrical, steepness of our roof and location of the battery, but Rene and his team handled all those challenges like pros and our original quote never changed. His team was on time, courteous and even worked late so our system would be operating before the weekend. It's also reassuring that Rene is a phone call away in case we ever need him (versus an 800 #). We are so glad we chose to work with Superior Solar Inc!
