Tyler came by within the hour, found the problem and fixed it. He even went out of his way to diagnose and fix another minor issue at no cost. Excellent value, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I recently got a EV and needed to get my charger installed through the SMUD Rebate program and I went through Rios & Burke Electric and I had a very seamless process with Donald and Tyler, they were quick with getting me scheduled in and after the installation getting the permit from the county and getting my rebate check from SMUD.
I after installation I asked them to repostion the charger because of some other obstruction I had in the way and they didn't hesitate to come out and reposition where I wanted it to go.

Rios and Burke is amazing. Tyler, Donald and their crew are fast, knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. They installed ceiling fans, outside lights, recessed lighting, replaced an outlet and some outlet covers and also added dimmers. Very satisfied customer and the work that was done was worth every penny. They also cleaned up very nicely. I Have referred them to family and friends already! We’ve had the opportunity to work with Tyler and Donald from Rios & Burke Electrical on both sides of the fence. We handled the fleet graphics for their company, and they’ve helped us with electrical work at our new print shop. They take real pride in what they do — solid communication, clean job sites, and thoughtful solutions. At our new space, they installed a sub-panel, ran power and low-voltage, and found creative ways to meet some unique needs we had. Great guys, easy to work with, and we’d absolutely recommend them.

I hired Rios & Burke Electric to do a panel replacement and a whole house rewire. They also installed 3 ceiling fans. I work from home and I knew this would be an experience. I was unexpectedly surprised to see so many workers here. They came in professional and ready to get to it. They were so accommodating to my needs and set up a generator so we could still work. They cleaned up after everyday of work and they were ahead of schedule and communicating every step of the way. Donald and his team were able to come out and fix my panel and weather head after it was taken out by my neighbor’s tree during a big wind storm. Donald made sure to prioritize getting all permits and made time to do all the work necessary to get me back on the grid in the shortest amount of time it could have taken. I was looking for an electrician to install a couple of ceiling fans and replace a half dozen old smoke detectors. I contacted Rios and Burke Electric since they had strong online recommendations. I spoke with Tyler, got an estimate, and set up a time for the job. Tyler and a coworker showed up on time and completed the work. The job included new wiring that had to be done from the attic to the fans. They completed the work as estimated, and at a reasonable cost. We’ll use them again if the need arises.

Honest to God, fantastic work! My husband and I were very happy with this entire process. They dealt with all the permits and made sure everything was up to code and we passed inspection no problem. They also had connections for people to do the stucco on our garage after the project and it all looks amazing. They even reseeded the grass where they had to dig.

We had someone wire our shed and it stopped working. When we tried to get it fixed by the person, he stopped responding to us. Tyler to the rescue! Tyler was amazing! He squeezed us in and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He had the supplies to fix the problem on his truck and was able to fix it on the spot. His prices were great. I’m so overwhelmed with joy. Just bought an older home. You know the one……2-prong outlets, wall switches that turn outlets on and off, no overhead lighting in bedrooms, etc. I had all my outlets upgraded to GFCI, wall switches in bedrooms now operate the new overhead lighting, and new can lighting in my living room and kitchen.
