From first call through the final repair on our GE fridge the service was perfect! Every one is friendly and knowledgeable. Andy our technician was great and I'd ask for him again if needed.

John came out and did a great job!! Had a 20 year old stove from Dacor and was able to. Diagnose and get alternative parts for our Stove.

Nestor, the technician who repaired my dryer was excellent! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained what needed to be done to fix the dryer. He is a definite asset to your business. Job well done Nestor!

Our Samsung refrigerator is about 8 years old and was starting to have temperature problems and was making loud noises. We called Mr. Appliance of Rancho Cucamonga. Andy, tech expert, was dispatched out to our home. He performed a thorough diagnostic and discovered caked layers of lint on our condenser coil. We didn't know refrigerators also collected lint over time. Andy cleaned it, repositioned our fridge for better air circulation, and it is purring like a kitten now. We are thankful for the quick and efficient repair and were also greatly satisfied with the cost. Andy was on time, professional, and all-around terrific!

Technician came out and was friendly. took his time to diagnose my dryer. Ended up not being the dryer but the dryer vent ducting having some sort of blockage. Thanks for the sharp troubleshooting shooting skills. I would have never thought to look there.

These guys were terrific! They showed up when called and had a replacement part on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY and scheduled my repair for a day BEFORE originally planned. The technician was everything you would want him to be as was the telephone staff. Everyone was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They exceed expectations and the cost of the service was reasonable....All the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!

Very quick and professional. My refrigerator went out and the team went out of their way to fix as quickly as possible. They stayed in contact the entire time. My tech was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Would not recommend. While the technician arrived on time and was very nice, the cost of the diagnostic visit ($250) far exceeded what I was told when I made the appointment. And then the repair estimate ($880 for a magneto ? For a microwave) was crazy. The owner said she would look into it, and I never heard back. They’re a hard no.

Andy was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. He tested my Wolf ovens, found the cause of the heating issue and recommended an appropriate repair. Brad called several times prior to the appt to finalize details. Only issue was Andy did not have the estimate cost in his pre-prepared paperwork, and though what it ended up being was not unreasonable. But- probably should have had that info with him.

It’s often difficult to select a service company especially when the need is usually urgent and you have knowledge of the quality of service you’ll receive. Our LG washing machine was repaired quickly and efficiently. John was thorough and provided recommendations to help to minimize a recurrence of future problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Appliance for service needs. The pricing was also reasonable.
