It was a great experience...I will definitely use Mr Appliance for any future appliance needs. Customer service and the techs are very professional and I am very pleased overall. My pup Cooper thought it was all about her and everyone was so nice to her.

Our repair person from Mr Appliance was wonderful. We were unable to reproduce the high pitch squealing when John, the repair guy, was here. But after he and we tried to get the dryer to make it's terrible noise, he made the decision to take the drum out and found the wheels and drive belt had a lot of wear. He replaced them. And talked to us about long lasting washers and dryers.
We will have Mr Appliance back if we have any more appliance problems.

Service techs were on time, helpful and resolved my issue promptly. I appreciated them taking the time to completely explain what happened and how I can avoid it in the future.

Outstanding service provided from beginning to end. The problem with the rotors and timing belt was resolved within an hour and my dryer works like new!

Mr. Appliance sent a tech to assess my stove top, and diagnosed the issue promptly. Fee for the assessment was $150 to be deducted from total cost if they would do repair, and I agreed to that. Tech informed me I would hear from Mr. Appliance about timing of part order and repair. This was in April 2025. Nobody called back, and when I called again in late August (maybe early Sept) 2025 to follow up, I was told I would get a follow up call with 48 hours. Still no call back. Dishonest for them to indicate they would do the repair but just pocket the $150 fee.

John was extremely knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and fixed the problem quickly. We are very happy with the service and will not only recommend your wonderful company, but will use you in the future if needed!

I have been fighting with my ice maker for a long time, removed it, took it a part solder and rewired it ! It worked for awhile ! It quit making ice completely ! I contacted Mr. Appliance, explained my problem, they sent out a very knowledgeable technician the next day, I knew it had to be replaced, waiting to find out what he recommended ! They replaced it the next day, charged me a reasonable price to remove and replace! Working well now ! I would recommend them to everyone ! They know their stuff ! Any appliance , repair or replace !!

This was a great experience start to finish. Cannot say enough about Andy who was neat and knowledgable in fixing our wall oven. Would highly recommend.

My washermachine’s agitator needed to be replaced. Technician Andy was on time; professional and very polite. I appreciated his being transparent and honest. My experience with Mr appliance was not at all what I expected. 1. They said the parts would be in 3 days after payment and I had to call 2 weeks later to see where the parts were, and of course they said the parts were just delivered. 2 They did not follow through with the request to leave the old parts so we know what was replaced. I personally do not believe they did what they said. When I called and requested pictures of the parts they said they would send them the next day and of course they did not. Bottom line is I would not use this company ever again. They don’t seem to be an honest company.

The service was excellent. Everything was explained in detail. He went above and beyond in his service by sweeping out debris that was on the very bottom of the stove, and helping with an ignition issue on the range.

Mr. Appliance is outstanding! Our dryer stopped drying and to my surprise the dryer was fine after Nestor checked out everything he showed me that my wife had it set at air dry. However in the process we discovered the dryer interior cabinet was filled with lint and dust. Nestor demonstrated the fire hazard by turning on the gas flame and a wave of flame rolled over the lint and burned itself out. We were so lucky that a fire didn’t burn internally and catch our garage on fire. Nestor did an outstanding job of cleaning out the dryer, motor, electrical components and all moving parts. Dryer is like new, runs beautifully and free from fire hazard due to lint buildup. Nestor was professional, high integrity , extremely knowledgeable, and we will be using Mr. Appliance for all our fixes in the future.

The Mr. Appliance Team is amazing and stands by their work.
I had my dryer repaired by Mr. Appliance in September 2025 for some squealing noise.
A similar squealing noise started in February 2026 and I called Mr. Appliance back about the noise.
The Mr. Appliance team proudly said they would come back and see what was going on, no charge.
It turned out to be something not related to what they repaired but, the point is they stood by their work.
