I came in to check if they had a driver belt for my washer. The guy helping me tossed the belt onto the counter and said that was the part. I could tell there was a difference but he insisted. Price me at about $40 for a $9 dollar part. I agreed as long as they accept the part back if it wasnt the right one for my washer. He replied back with a confrontational "NO!". I said no thank you and walked out. From the look of other comments on here, this is natural for this company unfortunately.

I received great service. When I called to get information about service on my refrigerator they were clear about how the service would go. I set up an appointment for the next day and Dave was there on time with a great attitude and clear communication about what would happen during the service call. He diagnosed the problem and explained what the cost would be. It was complete in 30 minutes. I recommend highly recommend.

The Repairman was on time and went right to work and got the job done. The Repairman was nice, polite, and friendly.

They were able to give us an appointment on short notice. We were given an honest estimate for repair and a recommendation for replacement without pushing us towards costly labor. We are very grateful for their service and will definitely call them again when needed.

Has the best experience with Mr. Appliance. I found them after a few places that never called back or didn't do built-ins. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnostics. While waiting for parts to arrive, each time I called their office, I reached a live person. Gigi was professional and able to answer questions quickly.
Actual service was performed today and it was done without any problems. Chris was neat, efficient and friendly.
I hope I don't need more appliances repaired, but if I do, I will certainly call Mr. Appliance first.

The repairman, Andy, arrived when promised and quickly assessed the problem and was able to replace the belt and rollers. He was friendly and had some great tips on keeping the dryer working well. I will definitely be calling them back for other major appliance repairs.

The technician that came out for the repair was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the issue. He showed me that the part that needed to be replaced was no longer in stock. However, he did the best that he could to get it working for the time being. His recommendation was to eventually purchase a new stove and I agreed.

I would use this service again.
Although a bit pricey, I did appreciate their promptness and customer service. I guess excelling in these two areas does require hiring and training the right people; so I understand the costs may be higher.
It started with the young lady that answered the phone, Jessica I believe her name is. She was polite, professional and followed thru when she stated she would. Many of these companies are only as good as the person answering or not answering the phone. Mr. Appliance has a good front person on the line in Jessica.
The actual repair technician Cody was also very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and phoned his support team to confirm things. It’s great when the tech isn’t a self-claimed “know it all” and actually uses the power of this team to properly and accurately address and repair the problem.

Burnt out heating element. Replacement cost about $85 - $100.
Cost to have it installed, an additional $400.

My technician John was friendly, thorough, and quick. I will definitely use this service again.

I haven't been in town long enough to have found trusted services yet, so I was extremely pleased with my repair experience with Mr. Appliance and will use them in the future. The initial call with Brian was handeld efficiently. I made an appointment for the next day but they called back and fit me in same day! Only a 2 hour wait window (not 4 or more like some services!)

The service tech, Andy was friendly, polite and efficient. He didn't mind me watching and asking questions. He explained everything thoroughly and told me next steps. The whole experience was great! 10 stars!

My clothes dryer stopped working so I called Mr. Appliance for an appointment and Alberto was here the very next morning! He told me right away what was broken on my appliance so I said go ahead and order the parts. He already had them with him so he fixed my dryer! He is a very polite and friendly man. He gave me a magnet with company contact information and if there’s any future problems I will definitely call your company! Thank you so very much!

Your technician Chris was great! He explained what he was doing and what he was testing for every step of the way. Our dishwasher is now operational. We are repeat customers. Every technician Mr Appliance has sent to us have been as professional and knowledgeable as Chris. It is nice to know that we can get timely and honest service whenever we call. We would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and plan to use them in the future.

Used them before with no issue. The repair guy is great however this time around will never use them again. I have called the last two days in a row and jesse person who takes a call tells me She hasn't been able to get ahold of any to find out if the part Is in or not. Its been over a week since he came and had to order a part for.our washer. We have a 5 person household and haven't been able to do laundry this is absolutely ridiculous that we can't even get anywhere with the status of the part!
