David was on time and fixed the dryer in a timely manner. He was very courteous and professional.

We’ve used A & A for many years and have always found them to be prompt and fair.

I called A and A to repair my fridge . They came and made a diagnostic however once I approved the additional recommendation in order to move forward with the repair , They told me its best to call the manufacture for the repairs . before they come out , they had all the information about the appliance suce as the model and SS# and also the issue that I was having with the fridge, the Technician choose to come out and charge $80 for a 10 minutes diagnostic but then they refuse to provide the repair . This is very unethical and the least they could do if they can't provide service is NoT to charge the customer . I guess this is a quick way of making money for this company is to go out and then refuse to make the repairs

Called to get service says it services all inland empire. But parts of fontana the next city over is not serviced. Instead of asking for my full address they wanna know cross streets. She said they dont service south of the 10. Told her i was north of the 10. Then she said we dont service north of the 10. Just say you dont want the work period.

Dave is very patient and knows his job! He did everything possible to repair our oven. He has been our appliance guy for 30 years!

I cant say enough about how great my experience was with AA Appliance service. I have a built in Kitchen Aide fridge. The ice maker is always giving me trouble and six months ago it stopped being able to dispense ice. I was told the whole door would need to be replaced or rebuilt and then told I would need to buy a new fridge. Dave came today. He fixed it in under an hour. He had all the parts in his car and was very reasonable. My kids are excited and so are we to finally have an ice maker that dispenses ice! I would recommend this company to anyone!

I first began using A & A as a vendor in property management back in the late 80’s & 90’s. When we purchased our homes, they have always been our go to company to help service any appliances that needed some extra TLC.

Here we re decades later & I am still using them & some of my appliances are the same as I don’t want to upgrade my washer and dryer set until it dies! Dave has kept our machines humming way past their prime & I truly appreciate his expertise in both old and newer appliances .

I highly encourage you to call on this company first as mom & pop, local businesses become more difficult to find. Their service is always timely, rates are reasonable, & they are trustworthy!

Dave and A & A Appliance Service are the best! I have used them several times in the past. They are prompt, punctual, professional, and most importantly fix the problem. I would never hesitate to recommend their business to others.

This was the first time I used A & A. And I wasn't disappointed! They worked with me on the appointment for my dryer since I have a difficult schedule. Then Dave arrived and was terrific! He explained things, showed me the damaged parts and cleaned up everything! He even vacuumed behind the dryer and inside the dryer. Fair price as well. Super satisfied.
